The space, comfort, and luxurious suite was so special and most welcome after a long day of travelling! The lady at Reception couldn't have been more helpful! The doorman was not very attentive at our arrival or at our depsrture and only offered assistance with our many suitcases after we had lift3ed them and loaded them to the trolley from the taxi.

The le Meridien hotel is superb.... Well worth its 5 stars...Modern luxurious decor throughout...Fabulous breakfasts....We were upgraded to a king deluxe room, I sent the hotel an email before i left home stating that as it is our anniversary it would be nice to have a good room again and they obliged!!!!!... The bed and bedding is simply sumptious....so comfortable and big soft marshmallow like cushions...All the staff are lovely too ... And this hotel is just a few yards from the station, right bang in the centre...All in all you will not be dissapointed if you stay here..

Friendly and helpful staff. Despite lack of free wifi excellent business centre for free use at any time. Location brilliant. Although breakfast not included and quite expensive really good.Rooms completely soundproof. Shoeshine hidden in downstairs cloakroom and not advertised!

Price was good Room was not really clean (pillowcases were dirty and also the carpet in the room) There wasn't any bath salts available in the hotel - when I asked some to the staff, they brought us some cooking salt! The furniture in the room was in bad conditions (full of dust and scratches, surely not matching the expectations for a 5 stars hotel).

All staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The bed, of course, is the most comfortable of anywhere! The room service food was not great. The steak was tough and thus inedible. It was too late in the evening to ask for something else.

Relaxed, friendly and very helpful staff. The electricity was switched off (maybe automatically) for a couple of minutes at around 6 am.

Very classy & comfortable No tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms. Dining room was closed for the evening meal. Very annoying noise from the lift every time it was in use.

Symphatic staff. Good lounge/ bar. Great localization a fell steps from the Gare Central. Good for who is arriving by train from the aeroport or from Amsterdam. Good Concierge Service. Small bedroom. Wi-fi free just in the Lobby.

Location The fact that you hold money from debit card even on prepaid room and no extras and I do not have it yet given back. How do I get it back? I saw that other customers also have had this problem. Also several minor maintenance problems in the room.
