There is a quirkiness about this hotel which is endearing if rather surprising. Firstly it is not easy to spot if there is a lot of traffic around as it is on the main square in Bastogne, and we were busy dealing with the traffic and missed it at first. Park in the square, and then look for it. The parking which we had reserved was a little way from the hotel, and had it been raining would have been a nuisance. You can park in the square in front of the hotel for free between 6pm - 9am. |

Breakfast a pleasure, table reserved fort the five of us each morning, delightful service by young lady.Very convenient to do day trips in search of WW II museums and battle sites in the Ardennes. Not much. There is no elevator, we stayed in a room that looked a lot like an attic and for some reason, the "romantic" French, don't think that married people like to sleep in the SAME bed! |

A small comfortable hotell. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and inviting. Good parking facilities behind the hotell. That it was not possible to check in before 14:00. |

Was very impressed with this hotel - seemed very good value (by Belgian standards) for the quality of the room and breakfast. Free parking within walking distance. Good to have a room overlooking the main square - a bit noisy on Saturday night, but can't blame the hotel for that. All in all very good. |

It overlooked McAuliff Square in Bastogne and the big bay window was wonderful. Great central location for WWII historical buffs like me. Close to museums, shops, and tourist information. Hard to get in touch with hotel employees and no out-of-hotel access on the telephone. |

Close to eating establishments Hotel did not have my reservation but did have a room available. Air conditioner did not work properly, being in the city center that was important since the noise and heat were unbearable. |

The rooms are very comfortable, and reasonably equipped. The wireless internet was non-functional, with a very weak signal. breakfast was fine. Be aware this is a 4-floor, skinny hotel...no lift. |

Very convenient location to military sites and restaurants. Right on town square. No ability to telephone the US from the hotel and practically no English spoken by any employee. |

Good price and location for what we wanted to do. The reception desk staff were very helpful. We did have a problem with the heating in our room, though we were able to change to another room quite easily. |

Location to the main square of town is perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room and hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. Valve on one of the radiators was broken, so the heat was going full bore the entire time we were there. Luckily we had windows we could open. |

Location was excellent and they have a secret free parking lot in the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very good - self service, but selection was very good. No hot stuff except I think I saw make-it-yourself instant oatmeal. Prosciutto-type meat is a specialty in Bastogne and it was available at breakfast. Big bathroom. They only have single beds. If you are a couple, the beds are pushed together. |
