decor, ambiance, location. the fact that the coffee in the room was instant, and they did not replace the coffee for the second day. Also we stayed for weekend (friday, saturday) we went to wedding and were back at hotel late, so we sleep till 10am, breakfast ending at 10:30 is to early, or at least have more breakfast choices on room service menu.

Very nice hotel: good spacy rooms, friendly staff, good location near city park, walking distance to city centre (about 15 min). Would choose it again if travel to Antwerp.

Nice enough hotel, good selection of food at breakfast, although the hot selection was only luke warm. Convenient for the station, plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No mini bar. Room service incurred an extra E6 charge. Light bulbs not working, asked twice for them to be replaced then they broke again. Hair dryer broke halfway through drying my hair. Suspect some sort of electrical problem. Don't feel this hotel is of 4* standard, more like 3*.

Location was good. Not too far to the centre. Breakfast was very good, good selection. Should have had free wi-fi in the room but was not able to get connected on my iphone. The room should have had an ipod/iphone docking station but did not fine one!! No bath robes as promised and only one pair of slippers.

Decor is modern. Nice chocolate shop in the lobby. Good wifi in the rooms. Tea facilities in the room. Nice big and clean bathroom We booked a double, but was offered a twin. To get a double bed we had to upgrade at a huge cost. Still breakfast was not included. Service and quality of food in the restaurant was not up to the prices charged.

Trafic jam was a mess; to arrive to the hotel we were blocked in the same street the hotel is for one hour at least. When arriving there was no parking free; They suggested a parking outside the hotel. They assigned to us a smoking room with a quite strong smell; we asked to be achanged and they suggested to us an upgrade but paying for it. No minibar in the room and the peoplein reception do not care about you; it is just take or leave.

The rooms were very boutique like and all materials were of a high quality. Location in front the stadspark was also very nice! When we were checking out there was a member of staff speaking to anothet guest and being very harsh and rude with him. The lady who was dealing with us was perfectly nice however i could feel she was embarressed... Not anice final impression. Although, all the other staff were very nice.

We found the location right by the beautiful park to be very nice. And just a short walk to the old city section and squares. And very close to Central Station. The room was really nice, the bed very comfortable. And the breakfast perfect. We found the pillows very uncomfortable...we're used to down pillows. Also, no one seemed to know much about historical museums. My husband is a WWII historian and wanted to go to see any site involved in the big battle fought for the port. He's Canadian and was proud of what the Canadian soldiers did.

The room and location and the soundproofing. Thr breakfast was magnificent. On Sunday there was only one person, a patient young man Pieter, looking after a long queue of check-ins. He needed help. During the week there were three at the desk.

The hotel was well placed for the Central Station (5 minute walk) and also for the city centre with shops, restaurants, cathedral etc. (15 minute walk). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms was spacious and nicely decorated/furnished. The hotel air conditioning wasn't very efficient and we had a particularly hot weekend so sleeping was very uncomfortable. There were tea/coffee making facilties in the room but we had to keep asking for extra tea bags and milk sachets although there was an abundance of coffee and sugar.

The hotel is placed right beside the central park and only 5 minutes walk to the main station and several restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the historical centrum. We found a complain card in the room with the promise to solve the problems on the same day you leave it at the reception. Our shower certain had holes in it, which flood the whole bathroom. We left the card on the reception counter and when we came back 4 hours later there was a new curtain. That's service!
