Information about the parking not clear while booking: they do actually have a garage.

+ the room was very spacious + quiet + tea-coffee in the room + air conditioner + situated close to the train station - 5 minutes walk, not so close to the historic city centre - aprox. 20 minutes walk, but it was not a disadvantage + an empty fridge in the room

Hallways had old foul smell.

Good location, friedly staff, nice big room and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffe was great. Good hotel if travelling with small babys.

Front desk were very accommodating, rooms were clean and confortable, close to transport hub.

Noise in corridors late at night, being charged city tax for two when single traveller, hotel system appears to default to two, so watch out for that. No late night shops in vicinity.

Excellent services, friendly staff, great value for Money. I will be staying in this hotel the next time i visit Antwerp. Only 5 mins walk to the Antwerp Central station. Walking distance to all the FnB. Simply Excellent.

I was initially given a twin room and told on arrival that they didnt guarantee doubles if not booked directly through their own site - despite the fact I had sent a separate email after booking to confirm that i would get a double and to say it was a special anniversary. The next room offered had dirty tea cups out and the only other option was to pay extra for park view room (an option that wasnt even available when we first arrived.) So it was all ok in the end, and i didnt want to waste any more time than we had already wasted getting it sorted (they didnt offer just to look after our bags and sorted, we kept being otld we had to wait each time)

a friendly medium sized hotel in a good location close to the main railway station . Breakfast Buffet outstanding , everything that you could possibly want to eat and drink . Rooms a good size , with very comfortable beds , and good bath/shower rooms

lack of a restaurant means that you have to find somewhere else to eat in the evenings , and sometimes when the weather is cold,wet and windy , that is the last thing that you need .

The receptionists were very well-trained. Pleasant, friendly and professional. The hotel was a relatively short walk from the central railway station and nicely located adjacent to a large park.

It was quite a walk to the old part of the city.

The staff was friendly and helpful
