The towels in the bathroom could be in a more convenient location (a minor point).

I already stayed there before. It's comfortable and appealing. Location is almost perfect and rooms are super quiet. Everything is very clean. Quality chocolate shop in the lobby. Rooms are lovely designed and whole hotel gives impression of quality.

I think heating was not working in my room. I left it on for like 5 minutes, but it kept blowing cold air. Didn't complain to the reception as I only stayed for two nights. Also, slight problems with shower switch in my bathroom. When I was there a year ago, there were bathrobes available in rooms, which is not the case any more.

We found the location right by the beautiful park to be very nice. And just a short walk to the old city section and squares. And very close to Central Station. The room was really nice, the bed very comfortable. And the breakfast perfect.

We found the pillows very uncomfortable...we're used to down pillows. Also, no one seemed to know much about historical museums. My husband is a WWII historian and wanted to go to see any site involved in the big battle fought for the port. He's Canadian and was proud of what the Canadian soldiers did.

The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size, and the hotel was quiet at night. Generally a very comfortable hotel and good value for money. Location very good, near local restaurants and railway station. Older parts of town a pleasant 20 minute walk away.

The only suggestion I would make would be to provide light blankets instead of quilts for summer time bedding.The car park the hotel uses is about a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is placed right beside the central park and only 5 minutes walk to the main station and several restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the historical centrum. We found a complain card in the room with the promise to solve the problems on the same day you leave it at the reception. Our shower certain had holes in it, which flood the whole bathroom. We left the card on the reception counter and when we came back 4 hours later there was a new curtain. That's service!

A chance to unwind in comfort in a most appealing surrounding, well situated in Antwerp.

The one snag is the parking.

Lovely room - kept very clean throughout my stay. Nice and quiet at night and excellent location.

The room was a big deluxe double with stylish decoration. Personnel was realy helpful and kind. Breakfast was rich and included in price, something that is pretty rare for Belgium hotels. There was even a free internet access via your tv screen connected with keyboard. Nice and confortable bed.

The location is not the best. It may be only 15' walking from the city centre but it's not a convenient walk, if you like staying out late. Antwerp is not the safe city it may used to be. Even though we were told by the hotel that we would be perfectly safe in the centre area, many locals advised us to take a taxi back home from centre. The bathroom was not equivalent to a deluxe room. It was small and there was a bathtub shower curtain, not an enclosure door. Finally, I don't think that the cleaning lady did her best with our bathroom.

Friendly staff. We booked a room with a view over the park and part of the city, it was really nice.

Trafic jam was a mess; to arrive to the hotel we were blocked in the same street the hotel is for one hour at least. When arriving there was no parking free; They suggested a parking outside the hotel.

They assigned to us a smoking room with a quite strong smell; we asked to be achanged and they suggested to us an upgrade but paying for it. No minibar in the room and the peoplein reception do not care about you; it is just take or leave.
