Location, walking distance from everything and on quiet street. Nice apartment, we were 2 adults and 2 kids. Copious breakfast. Great value for money. Our hosts were professional but it would not hurt to smile!

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The flat we stayed in was superb for the price we paid. Breakfast was good being a continental selection of cheese, ham ,bread, cereals etc.I will certainly be back next new year.

Very helpful at front desk with restaurant recommendations and train time. Lovely clean rooms and central location near attractions and walking distance from train. Very small space for breakfast but maybe because everyone came down at same time and place was fully booked.

really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and will definitely return. Breakfast lovely and staff more than helpful. Felt personal and welcoming as opposed to some stuffy impersonal hotels. Can highly recommend to others who want to enjoy the city sights. Car parking close by with very reasonable rates. Location so good no need for car until leaving the city.

Clean and comfortable with good shower. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast. Was great that you could check in early and to leave your bags after checkout. To pick up later. Would have been nice to have had tea and coffee provided in room.

Mine was a small but nice room. I guess it is a very old building, nonetheless the room was kind of modern. Its location is very good: just by the entry point to the medieval town, close to the shopping street. As in case of most reasonably priced rooms in the medieval part of Brugge, its window looked over a small, kind of crowded backyard. But at least it was quiet.

The quiet environment, despite being in the city center. The steep stairway (no lifts).

The location of the hotel is excellent. We stayed in a family room which had two rooms, a kitchen with dining table and a full bathroom. The room was quaint, spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple Continental but good. Overall, the b&b is a great value. There was not anything we really did not like, but we would suggest that for the family rooms with the kitchen, it would be nice if the hotel would provide a few tea bags and coffee in the flat.

We found this hotel to have an excellent location and the value for your money was ideal, as we were not looking to spend a great deal but we did want a central location. You could walk everywhere from the hotel and it was also walking distance from the train station, which was ideal. Also, the breakfast and the breakfast area were great. They were quaint with cute decor, and the food was amble and good, as well as healthy which was nice. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Flats Leopold if we were to come back. The only thing to note is that the rooms are small, which is normal for Bruges, and the stairwell quite steep, so if you have bad balance, or bad knees I would ask for a room on the first floor.

The location was excellent - right in the centre of old Bruges. The buffet breakfast provided was reasonably extensive and catered for most tastes. The accommodation was clean and fresh towels were provided on a daily basis. The ensuite bathroom needed completely renewing. The sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom didn't work properly, the extractor fan had ceased functioning (as evidenced by the mould on the ceiling of the shower cubicle) the shower drainage system was very slow to clear and the toilet paper holder roller was missing. We were also plagued with mosquitos - there being no air conditioning. In our part of the hotel, the staircase to the upper floors were very steep and in our view unsuitable for children or the elderly.

near bus stop. good bathroom. the owners were very rude after I asked to see the room on arrival to see if bed was too soft. hardly any space around the bed to get in and out. on the morning of leaving they made no attempt to give us any coffee or breakfast at 7.30, even though we told tem leaving very early and had paid for it. very difficult stairs to manoever cases up and were begrudging about helping and put older ones on second floor without asking. drafty windows and noisy.

This was a great little b&b in a cobblestone alley just off the main shopping area and within easy walking distance of all the downtown historic attractions. The staff was very nice. The rooms were quaint and fun. We chose it because we came by train and needed something closer to the main station. My wife loved it and it contributed very much to the overall great experience we had in Brugge. This is not a place for anyone with physical limitations. Steps up to the rooms were very steep.
