The NH Brugge is in a former monastery, right at Brugge’s beltway and across the street from the Concert Hall.

Very steep staircase not easy for older people
Hotel Leopold is in a great location. 10 mins walk from the train station and just a few minutes into the central part of the town. Room was simple but good. Excellent value for money.
The pillows were lumpy.
Good location in historic center for a decent price.
Checkout fairly early (10am), room could use some renovation (old windows), staff didn't seem super customer-oriented.
Good location, not very noisy street
VERY small rooms! very small bed - only for very small people :( very curved ladder - no elevator, no conditioner, no safe in room
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Made our stay in Bruges that much better.
The bedrooms were comfortable and we like having a good area for sitting and relaxing too. We enjoyed the breakfasts and never felt rushed. The staff were friendy and helpful
The bedrooms definitely need to have plug in systems for killing mosquitos!
The apartment was just the right size for us. Great facilities and lovely staff.
The only downside was the flat was accessed through an alleyway.
Location: not far from Central Station which is good, 'cause it is not easy to take the suitcase as all the streets are made of bricks. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Удобное расположение - недалеко от Центральной станции, что очень хорошо, т.к. везти чемодан по улицам, выложенным камнем - это отдельное приключение. Чисто, хороший завтрак.
You can hear noice of the neighbouring rooms pretty good. Romms are tiny. Звукоизоляция не очень. Оч. маленькие комнаты.
Spacious and stylish room, great breakfast, nice personal, great location-everything was ideal! Never expected that quality in a 2 star hotel-it deserves 4 stars!
Very nice Family Hotel in the Center of Brugge. Good breakfast and very friendly personal.
Really nice staff, located in the center, great breakfast
Wifi costs 5 eur per day which is quite lot for 21st century and you have to log in every time, which is annoying. Parking lot quite far, but safe and not to expensive
Location was perfect. Breakfast had good variety and was fresh. Parking garage was just around the corner under the square. Beds were comfy.
Very close to centre, very very clean, very comfortable bed, good sized room, great price, lovely staff, very helpful with showing you the sites, spoke good English and even helped with getting our luggage from car which was two streets away even though I said it was not necessary this chap was on a mission to make everything about our stay troublefree, would most definitely stay again, great almost "boutique" style hotel,in a holiday covering 6 countries this hotel stood head and shoulders above all the others.thank you for an excellent stay.
what's to not like ? You would have to be very fussy to find fault such as some other reviewers have to complain over a lack of lift or tight staircase, it's an old building,it's exactly as you would expect,if you want a lift or large open stairways go to somewhere new and lacking in charm and character.....
The people at the reception are not very friendly. Even though there was a man to help me with the luggage (it was me 59 and a 10 & 12 kid and the room was in the third floor with very narrow staircase) the lady told me to "tell my husband to help me with the luggage"(that by the way I dont have) at the end the man was kind enough to help me against the woman's wish. I thought that was kind of rude from her since we are her coustumers. It seems like they forget that they have a business thanks to the guests. Also even though I paid for a room for four people, when I paid for the use of internet,(5 euros) they did not want us but to conect just one device. In general they do not have a nice attitud. I won't stay there again.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a short walk to everything you want to see in Bruges. We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.
It didn't bother us but the staircase is quite narrow and steep, something to keep in mind.
Very friendly, helpful, good food & spotlessly clean
Stairs were steep but they did tell us about this previously
Good location, staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great. Breakfast was good for this category of hotel.
The stairs to the upper floors are very steep and would be unsuitable for anyone not steady on their feet.
the hotel is located very near to the city square. the rooms are beautifully maintained with Reginald and his family always ready to help u out with everything.never felt like leaving the place the breakfast offered was an icing on d cake.thanks Regi and hope to visit u soon.cheers mate
cant think of anything
The staff was nice and room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent for sure.
The pillows were lumpy and location was a little hard to find. But room and staff more than made up for small issues.
The location is great, rooms are nice.
The hotel looks like it's renovated but not at all. The room is nice, but the toilet definitily could be cleaner, the tiles in the bathroom are full of mold, at least that could be removed easily.
Room clean, staff friendly, good central location to centre and train station
Having to enter down back alley Very steep windy stairs no lift bathroom bit dated loo seat well due a replacement extending breakfast to 10.00 would be nice so those on holiday can have a layin
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Leopold, in Bruges. After traveling for many months throughout Europe, I finally found a place that felt like home. In fact, my mom and I constantly referred to the hotel as “home” during our stay. The service was truly amazing. We were always served extra coffee with a smile and a bit of conversation. The room was cozy, clean and the bed was excellent. I definitely recommend this place and will certainly book with them again.
Location is good and parking is available nearby for approximately 8 euros per 24 hours in the underground car park.
The owner was outright rude and I cannot understand why anyone like that works in hospitality. The room was not clean, remnants of food and dust in the kitchen area. Both beds were slanted and therefore uncomfortable. Towels and linen hard and grey. The owner said we had missed breakfast despite arriving between the advertised times. Apparently they put the timings as British summer time rather than local time(?!) This explanation made little sense and seemed to be an excuse. Having stayed in Brugge previously, there are lots of lovely B&B's with genuinely fab people running them. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Hotel Leopold and I can only speculate that standards have slipped significantly here.
Nice and cozy room with love for the details! Great Location in the City and good breakfast!!
The flat was warm, cosy, very clean and with all the facilities you'd need. Owner very knowledgeable and friendly, recommended good eating places.
My single bed was a bit soft and squeaky so could be heard by the person I was sharing the room with.
