The staff were extremely plesant. I left something in my room and went back two weeks later to pick it up and it was there for me. Thankyou Just a little on the expensive side - although I got a good rate |

Central location & nice breakfast I booked a twin room for my friend & I but we were given a double room despite having booked many weeks in advance. The staff did not advise us that there was no hot water available, I found this out at my peril in the shower. The room we were given was not cleaned properly, it had long black hair in the sink. |

Good for short time stay. I got big room, which was comfortable, however smaller rooms might not be so pleasant to stay... A bit old-fashioned, no possibility to prepare tea / coffee in the room. Rather 3 star hotel than 4 |

Very convenient for city centre (museums etc), close to Metro so easy access from Eurostar train, with varied and frequent bus services to other parts of the city. The staff were friendly, the breakfast excellent, and the price extremely good value No drawers in the room - it would have been difficult to store all closthes for a longer visit |

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the standard of the rooms with it being a 4 star hotel. Whilst it was clean, it did not have 4 star quality. |

Location of the hotel was very good for city trip. Hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. Although we informed beforehand that we need parking place, the parking place was unclear and we had to park on the load. |

The staff were helpful My room. The bed was too soft and the pillows like candyfloss so sleep very badly.Breakfast. Not all of us want a huge breakfast so resent having to pay Euros 20. How about Euros 10 for coffee toast cereal? |

It is well situated, 5 minutes walk from European Parliament and 10 minutes to Royal Palace. The breakfast was also rich in all kinds of food, but water should be in bottles. The staff from Front desk was very helful. Good quality-price balance. When you book a room at this hotel they should give you some information. For example, we found a tiny room with old furniture. The plat TV was hanging by the wall, very closed to the bed, so you get easily harm your head when cross by the small 'corridor'. Happily the city has a lot to offer so we didn't spent to much time in the room. |
