    Pleasant staff and good breakfast.

Curtains did not fully close. Dim lighting with no desk lamp making difficult to work on documents or read in bed. One-off lapse in cleaning.

Good to reach, lot of EU-businesses in walking distance. Relaxing, nice bar (good wine quality even as an open one), excellent breakfast

Furniture on the way to be old fashioned.

    Nice, comfortable room.

Some repairs were ongoing at the time of my stay which caused some noise, until late afternoon.

Very helpful English-speaking staff, Comfortable room Good food Very pleasant bar Convenient for the EU Institutions Excellent value in the holidays

Some work going on in the hotel, though it wasn't very intrusive

The hotel keeps its promises, nice staff, medium quality rooms, all in all a good experience. Breakfast was great!

WiFi in the room costs money!

We received a free upgrade on our rooms so that was nice. Everything is as advertised - it's right next to the EU headquarter and a short distance from Royal Palace (10 minutes' walk or so); the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

The only slight drawback was on the staff - they were all adequate and doing proper jobs, but overall they don't make you feel warmly welcomed. It didn't bother me but still it could be improved.

    Location , staff and Breakfast

I did not like the room i think the hotel is going under renovation may be that was one of the reason.

    * The location, near metro and buses, is a good starting point for a citytrip. * The people in the breakfastroom and at the reception are nice and helpful. * Good breakfast.

Location and generally good standard of rooms. However, given the building works, there is plenty of choice of other, better hotels in Brussels to the detriment of the Leopold.

The fact that building work in the hotel started next to my room at 730 in the morning with extremely noise activities. The fact that reception seem to be apologetic but unsympathetic. Surely they knew where the building work (room refurbishment) took place and should have not used adjoining rooms for guests. This is extremely bad management. Whilst the reception staff were friendly the manager displayed a distinct lack of interest and will to do anything. The city tax was deducted from my bill.

The room : spacious, superb comfortable bed, nice modern TV, large bathroom. Good breakfast choice in nice airy eating area.

Expensive, but this is Brussels centre.

Very central location, close to metro, train (Luxemburg syation) and express bus line no 12 to airport. Lots of restaurants in the neihbourhood. The room was spacy, cosy, quiet and well furnished. They respected my request for view and gave me a room on the top floor with view. Nice breakfast room and breakfast (quality and variety)

If something, then the bit confusing way to find the correct way, according to where your room is located. But once you find it all is well

This hotel was well located for where I needed to be for my business trip one street away.

However, the price of €140 per night was too expensive for the room I had it was tired looking, small, with a stained carpet and when I entered the room the window was open and when I closed it I realised why - it smelt stale! Still do not understand either why they had to add an extra €7.50 and claim it as a Tourism Tax as I have stayed in the nearby Renaissance plus other hotels and I am sure this was not added. I didn't have time for breakfast so cannot comment on it! Also wi-fi is extra - they really need to work on free availability throughout the hotel not just the lobby. Disappointing!
