Breakfast mediocre. Quite loud noise from outside from airconditioning or similar. Furthermore you could easily hear in your bathroom what was going on in the bathroom next to yours. |

The location was excellent, between the European Parialment and the Royal Palace, a several stops away from each important place for business or pleasure; the room - even small, but more than enough for 1 person - a delight to relax, a quiet place, very intimate and decorated with lots of taste, like the whole hotel. The internet rates are huge - in my opinion, in the European capital where everyone is supposed to have one laptop or use the hotel's, 5 Euros per half hour looked outrageous! 10 Euros per hour at their computer (indeed a business center!) and in the room for those with a laptop 3 Eur per hour - all amounts are incredible for the technological era we live in! Internet is no loger a luxury product! |

location and food, although main restaurant was closed. Should add that this is not our first visit to this hotel - we know it well. Some of reception staff lacked charm. Not convinced that we got the lowest possible rates. |

Everything was fine, the breakfast was good. The room was quite small but fine. If I had been given the same room for something like the double of the price (as advertised) I would not have been happy. The fact that the internet is paid by the hour, which starts counting at the time of loggin-in, regardless of the amount of time it has actually been used. |

Near the city centre Evreything in the room is a bit used. There were sigaretstains on the table and the signs don't smoke in bed were very outdated. It's better to remove these! |
