The breakfast buffet menu had a superb variety of good quality foods. The bedroom was spacious, well appointed warm and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel which insured peace and quiet. |

Very good price here on Booking.com, wonderful room with door between hall and bedroom, large TV, quietness, grand style of public rooms and bar, beautiful restaurant (also for breakfast). Staff not too friendly. I was at breakfast at 10.10 AM and was told by a few staff that it was finished and closed. I just went in anyway and took from the buffet as there were still people eating and the buffet was still there.I would not expect such staff behaviour in such hotel. Amazing value for money though. |

The room was excellent. Wonderful beds in Prestige Room- realy comfortable and 8 foot wide. Superb breakfast- lots of choice and really fresh. Stylish bar area. Friendly porters. Easy access to car parking -they park the car for you. The room had a separate shower in the bathroom that was not easy to get in and out of for my disabled friend. No hand rails. Stupid steps. Slippery floor when wet. This needs addressing, as he was not able to shower during his stay. The rest of the bathroom was lovely- huge bath. Car parking was a little expensive. Also, there was no lift to one of the rooms we had breakfast in. |

Staff were excellent , it was an old fashioned style of comfort and very central for Brussels hotel was well appointed and quite luxurious The information on your website concerning the room booked was misleading. It was described as a superior room with ''separate sitting area'' : it was a superior room but there was no separate sitting area, only two upright chairs and a small table adjacent to the bed. This was disappointing and frankly made it an expensive room when we had been led to believe buy the details that we had booked something akin to a suite |

A very comfortable stay. The housekeeping and porter staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had was very spacious, equipped and comfortable. A great weekend tariff too! The hotel is close to the major shopping district of Brussels and is a 10 minute walk from Grand Place. You would want breakfast to be included because it's not worth the 29 Euros charged. The reception staff are quite curt and cold. We had to wait over an hour extra to check in, which is okay as these things happen, but there wasn't an apology or at least a smile to comfort the inconvenience. |

The room was massive and clean with a big comfy bed. The breakfast was nice and the staff were all really helpful. An extra toaster could be handy at breakfast when they are busy but that is getting picky! |

overally, the hotel was good, but the deluxe room I had didnt meet my expectations of a 5* hotel, much more like a 4*... no tea/coffee making facilities, small bathroom, no towel dryer... |

Silent room, convenient location-close to North train station Some reception staff was not helpful, we asked for only 1 hour late check out and they said they would charge us this. |

The staff were excellent and those on reception were helpful and knowledgable. It was close to the metro and the Gare du Nord. The proximity to strip joints and the porn industry |

Large rooms, beds extremely comfortable, public areas are luxurious. Location is great for a city break. Parking available at a reasonable rate for a capital city Prison-issue toilet paper not in keeping with the quality of the hotel. Breakfast is overpriced at €29 each. We went to another hotel down the road where it was €17.50. |

Perfecly located for both city and business travel both. The metro is just 20 steps on the left,Gare du Nord train station is just 700 mt(5 min on foot which means easy acsess to the Airport Transit Train, even you can walk with your wheel luggage) and the Grand Place is just 900 mt which takes 10 min. on foot. The room is confortable and big enough. The bed was also confortable and was quiet in the morning.Good value for money. Becouse of beeing an old building the A/C system is a transferable unit which consist all the units inside the room.We did not need A/C becouse it was September but Summer stay may be a problem or you must order the the rooms with modern A/C unit(there room with normal A/C system as well) |

Clean, high end hotel perfect for a business trip, would definitely use The Plaza again as my hotel of choice, as long as they sort of the beds. The beds are far too hard, could not sleep all night, I expect a superior level of mattress for a hotel of this stature. Plus it was a twin bed that had been pushed together. Not what I expect from The Plaza. |

Had bad experience with 4 star hotels in Brussels so my companion and I gave a shot for a 5 star hotel and it was worth every penny. Staff was welcoming and charming. The room was perfect and the breakfast delicious. Not the cheapest but like I said worth every penny. |

The staff at reception, in particular Karl, were most helpful and informative. Karl is a very professional receptionist who possesses a good local knowledge of the city and he was always very kind and courteous. I was disappointed to find that for a five star hotel there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no iron. |

The Plaza is a lovely old hotel, right in the heart of Brussels, great restaurants and shopping, easy walk to everything central. Our room was lovely and large by European standards, it even had a balcony looking out over the city. I will surely stay again. |
