The very big room was clean and ready for every day-night. It was on seventh floor so we have a peaceful room. All the stuffs were kindly and willing. The location is perfect, near Sheraton hotel and 5 minutes to NoordStation.

Hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance from the train station, metro, main square and shopping. The breakfast was great, staff very friendly. The hotel is very nicely designed and is a great place to stay to relax. Everything was fine.

A beautiful hotel. Great location for Christmas markets. Unfortunate power cut & trust us to get the most unhelpful staff member when this happened! Beautiful rooms. Clean. Loved the whole ambience. During power cut my wife had unhelpful member of staff. Not people friendly. We left early because my wife was upset- Staff on leaving were helpful arranging taxi & paying for taxi.

Stylish, courteous staff, good location, on-site parking Parking very expensive - 30 euros per night! Lighting in room rather dim. No tea or coffee facilities in room. We were surprised to have to pay an additional "city tax" on our bill.
