My partner and I loved the fact it was closed to the centre town (Grand Place/10-15mn walk)as well as the area for going out in the evening with the locals(Ste Catherine/10mn walk),few yards from the tube/metro/tram/bus.The staff was extremely helpful, booking on our behalf various venues and helping us out with all our queries. We are in our forties, city folks, love outings and Art Nouveau and trendy bars...we had a wonderful weekend. We would only stay there again if another special offer was on due to budget constraints. We even had a old fashioned stoned balcony overlooking the town....flawless! |

The hotel is very well located. This is its best asset. For the rooms and services, they are fine, no problem there. If you are a non smoker, they will take this as a preference but it could be you might not be given a non smokers room, so be sure to have this confirmed when you make your reservation. |

We stayed on Easter holiday.They had good value of spring promotion. Bed was king size and very comfortable. I like the open space of bathroom and high ceiling. It makes us very luxury. Breakfast was excellent. I did not like the area. There were many erotic shops around this hotel. |

When we first entered the lobby, we fell in love with it immediately. Luxurious and cozy at the same time. The room was clean and tidy with enough space to store our shopping goodies. Our bed was very comfortable. The crew was very friendly and helpful as well. |

its very central yes i did find some thing .its internet .i arr at hotel at 23 00 .and just for 1 hr you have to pay for a whole day . wich is 20 euros |

Nothing to say. It was you expect for a five stars Location was very good Staff was friendly and helpfull Internet was prohibitif. Nowadys it should be standard especially in such hotel Rooms became too warm at night |

The location and the indoor parking facility Our room was on the same floor as a number of meeting rooms and when these were being used it was difficult to access our room due to the large number of people milling around |
