I only like the size of the rooms which is big and spacious but other than that eerything else is not good. Besides the room everything else is not good. The internet you pay for is not working. There is no aircondition in the room and they placed a portable one and making alot of noise. The bell boy is rude. Does not come and offer his service when guest arrrive and struggle with luggage. In fact he was arguing with the guests and everything . The hotel overcharged me with my debit card.. They pre-authorise my card and also deducted the actual from my card. In fact I cheked out the very next day. My booking was for 4 days but i stayed only for one day as I dont like the service and everything in the hotel. |

The location is great. The hotel staff is very good. The comfort and the luxury of the hotel are excellent. The internet and the breakfast are expensive. It is becoming standard in all 5 stars hotels to have free wireless internet within the rooms. |

The location is perfect. There is a metro station just beside the hotel. The famous city 2 shopping mall is across the street. A variety of restaurants are nearby. The rate I got for the room booked threw booking.com is so cheap for the hotel. I stayed for three nights and the total price paid was less then the normal rate for a single night in the same room! The hotel looby and rooms are so nice, just like a palace :) The pillows were extra soft, but it's not a big deal if you are staying for a short visit. |

Hotel and staff were both very nice, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The area was a little shady but we never felt unsafe even at late hours. |

The hotel was great. The AC was not working although I have stressed that in my booking request. The staff dealt with it and changed my room which was good. |

The appearance made me feel like I was in the lap of luxury The heat in the rooms was stifling and the air-con on full blast did little to help in that regard. Couldnt sleep properly as a result. |

Lovely large comfortable room (superior room). Nice big bathroom. Good location. Excellent value for money with the special rate I got. The breakfast, while good, was not of the same high quality as the rest of the hotel and like in many hotels, the breakfast room had no natural light and felt dark. |

The location of the hotel and the staff were excellant. In all the trips that I have booked with Booking.Com the bed in this hotel was by far the worse one I have ever slept on they should call into the Imperial Riding School Hotel in Vienna for a lesson. The air conditioner sounded like the engine of a 747 jet and should be scrapped and double glazed windows in the front of the hotel would not be a bad idea. |

I like the spaciousness of the prestige room that I stayed with my family. Each of us got a chocolate, an apple & a bottle of mineral water for their evening service - a nice touch. The hotel is close to the City 2 shopping mall where there is a nice supermarket, which is convenient. Our prestige room has a living room which has a sofabed inside. However there is no central air-conditioning in the entire unit. Only the bedroom has, but not the living room. It was very hot during the time we were there. |

The lobby area was very plush, cool, temperature wise, as it was very hot outside and had comfortable chairs/sofas. The bed was very uncomfortable, very very hard therefore my husband and I did not sleep well for the three nights we spent there. No matter how much a hotel costs, if you do not sleep well then it is not worth being there. |

Everything; this is a fantastic hotel. Superb ambiance, excellent i.e. friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room, good breakfast. The room being at the front of the hotel (are there any in the back and are those quieter?), at Boulevard Adolphe Max, was a bit noisy, but we slept well anyway. |

The room had a nice balcony. The hotel is good, but more like a very good 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. The rooms feel a bit old. It's about a 10 minute walk to the grand-place, there are some hotels in the same price range a lot closer. |

Nice spacious room, very clean and comfortable and very polite staff Breakfast was served in our room and was really good. They also served exactly at the time we requested.. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Upon request i receiced a small kettle with 3 tea bags, no coffee or milk and these were not replenished once during a 4 day stay. Also its quite a noisy location in the evening. It didnt really disturb us but light sleepers would definately not appreciate the noise level which continues thru to the early hours . |
