The prices in the bar / mini bar
Amazing ,,, all good
Everything was good (don't know about the food as we didn't eat in the hotel) we were so close to all the bars and restaurants
The bar staff were unfriendly and at 10.30 told it was last orders then 10 minutes later they were ushering us out of the bar.
Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly, expect one lady in front office on the departure day. Location is great
1-limited breakfast variety 2-The front office lady gave me us a hard time for delaying checkout time of one hour for one room of 3
There is a monumental feel to the hotel.
Noise from the street kept waking me up.
Old Equipment (Coffee & Tea Maker)
Quite room. Very comfortable bed. Free minibar. Great service
Extremely friendly staff, the hotel is supre cozy, it's located 7mins away from the train station and I would totally recommend it!
There are not much facilities, (e.g.:tea/coffee in the room)
Personnel , rooms
Air conditioned apparel
Close to important places within walking distance to music museum, parks, piazza and restaurants
Stayed in other 5 star hotels . Was not the same standard equivalent to 4 star .
Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable, breakfast nice, overall great experience.recommended
Pretty good value for money at hundred euros a night, does not include breakfast though.!
Excellent, quiet location within easy walking distance from both historic city centre and North Station (with its quick and frequent trains direct to airport). Very comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful staff.
Restaurant closed during summer. Excessive cover charge (4.20 Euros per person) for room service, with limited choice. As elsewhere in Brussels, blunt refusal to serve tap water instead of bottled water on request in bar/lounge.
Helpful friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with huge bed.
No tea making facilities in bedrooms. Noisy air conditioning unit in rooms. Drinks very expensive in lounge!
Location good. Wifi great
Std room very poor, aircondition not working properly. Hotel very very old. Not 5 stars, barely even 4 stars. Staff was rude and room service was a joke. Wife ordered soup whivh only arrived 2 hours later efter having called and complained. Ordered coffee and had to call 3 times and wait 3 hours. Bathroom was a disgrave . Room looked like it had been untouched Sincé 1975. Only stay here if you get it very cheap and consider it 3 stars not 5
The room (532) was spacious, clean, and very confortable
Location was a little unatractive.
Elegant, old-fashioned hotel. Very spacious rooms, big bathroom, comfy bed. Good location, near Brussels North Station and the old town.
Generally very fine hotel for its price, but the overall experience was tainted because of an issue at arrival: we requested a twin room, but they gave us a double room. Then they gave us the key for a twin and when we got there some employee was using the room to watch TV. They gave us the key for a new room and they said that we had been "upgraded" to compensate the issues: we don't know what type of upgrade we had, because the third room (in which we stayed) looked similar to the previous two.
Good location Nice spacious rooms Excellent service including free chocolates)
Quite small gym
basically is ok, some stuff is really nice.
no tea and coffee thing in room, stuff always forgot the thing i asked, some stuff is not too friendly.
Fantastic room. Fantastic staff. And an overwhelming kindness.
Nothing to say
Nothing really but nothing stood out
service, staff, price, location, double glazed window. If this hotel in within your budget range, I definitely recommend you stay here.
There are two minor points that can be improved. 1. The shower was rather weak as there was a leak near the shower head. 2. The kettle should be cleaned inside as well.
