Old hotel with very few guests. Given the few amount of guests, the staff did not even clean the tables during breakfast. The room provided was very smelly and was again old (eg old blankets and old carpet). Luckaly, it was clean.

Hotel tres limité cependant la personne de l accueil est aimable Chambre calme Hotel avec des chambres tres tres sobres Contrairement a ce qui est annoncé pas meme de savon dans la salle de bain, peu de serviettes de toilette, chambre trop simple (pas la possibilité d un oreiller sup ou autre) Petit dejeuner annoncé comme dejeuner buffet. Café tres leger ressemblant a de la tisane, pas de confiture, pas de choix de laitage Hotel pas proche d une station de métro Ne merite pas d etre classé comme un 3 etoiles

warme kamers, geen ventilate slechts een raam dat open/dicht kon gevolg veel geluidshinder aan de drukke straat, slecht sanitair (gebroken wc brillen, douchekoppen die niet konden hangen, ....

Insonorisation inexistante (on entend aussi bien les voisins que le trafic extérieur), décoration d'un autre âge, personnel de l'hôtel, literie jamais changée (matelas et sommier dans lesquels on s'enfonce),...

Très bruyant car hôtel situé à un carrefour majeur de la ville (pas de double vitrage). 1 chambre sur les 2 réservées était particulièrement petite compte tenu du prix pratiqué.

Proximité de ma destination Eclairage plus qu'extrêment médiocre dans les chambre. Pas de mini-bar. Pas de climatisation. Pas de sèche cheveux. Pas de bureau.... contrairement à ce qu'indiqué sur booking !!!!

Le fait de n'y passer qu'une nuit. La description de l'hotel sur le site ne corresponds pas du tout. En plus il est tres loin du centre. On a eu les chambres qu'a 15 h au lieu de 14. L'une d'entre elle n'était pas faite. De nombreuses choses étaient cassées dedans (portes, armoires...). Il n'y avais pas d'eau chaude dans les douches. Il faut marcher 15 min avant d'arriver au metro, et encore 15 min de metro pour le centre. Il n'y avait pas de lits jumeaux et les chambres étaient minuscules.

“The hotel was small, but really good. Firstly, it is situated in the center of Brussel (it took about 10 minutes walk to the Grand Place). Secondly, the room was really cosy (it was small, but all necessary things were there). Also the design was very cool. And the bed very comfortable. Also I can't but mention breakfast. We liked it a lot (about 4-5 types of bread, croissants, several types of cheese and hame or sausage), cereals, jam, juice, milk, cofee.
