Big room for the money. Easy to find. Cheap for 3 people
Old and dirty blankets. No curtains in the bath. No hot water at night so I couldn't have a shower. The toilet didn't have the seat and the flush didn't work!
Bad service without the internet, without soap in the bathroom. Breakfast weak. A disaster. I do not recommend.
Breakfast was good, halal food was available.
When we arrive our room wasn't ready!, it was very dirty, water in the toilet goes to the ground because there is no certain, certain of the room was broken to the side, air conditioning wasn't work.
The room wasn ´t cleaned at all. Unwashed rest room and garbage under beds was a bit surprising but we survived it.
At least the staff was nice and tried to apologize for the fantastic circumstances. You can park your car in the hotel's garage, however you have to pay an extra fee for it. The breakfast - surprisingly - was totally OK.
One of our blankets were covered with dirt and - most probably - human shit. Some of the other blankets were marked with strange excrements too. Our room was advertised with four beds. One of them was a plus-bed with folding legs. Too bad it collapsed just after every single movement. The toilet was also a work of marvel - you had to manually hold and adjust the badly fixed water tube during the refill of the container if you didn't want to flood the entire bathroom. The small extras: bad connector, not working wifi, blocked sink and no toilet paper.
The price is cheap. The room is clean and spacious. WiFi is freely available. Decent breakfast (it was only bread and bottled juice).
Location is far from metro. There is no air conditioning, therefore opening a window is a must and noise from the street outside annoys regularly.
Staff was very friendly and nice
Breakfast was not good at all. costly parking
Staff is friendly.
You have to go about 1 km from the nearest metro station. The floor in the room was carpeted and carpet was dirty. Smells ugly. Too noisy.Windows are open constantly and hotel stands on big street. So called breakfast is just 2 croiassans and a cup of coffee with juice.Doesn't cost 3-4 euro,IMHO.
Location good only for public transport.
Bad toiletries, very hot in summer,no fans or a/c,non functional fridge in room, toilet flow, non stop and noisy all through the night. Sink blocked and not draining,no shower curtains, just a deceitful picture on advert page. On the whole,a very and poorly managed hotel.

Nothing at all!
We arrived at 7pm and checked in. We went up to our room and the room hadn't even been cleaned yet! We then had to wait half an hour for someone to prepare our room for us!! And it wasn't even that clean! The staff refused to give us a different room saying they were fully booked which wasn't true when we looked online! The wifi didn't work in our rooms so we had to stand in the hallway. We were told that it was 10 minutes from the centre but it was a 15 minute metro ride and a half an hour walk!! The hostels I've stayed in since then have been a million times more comfortable and cleaner! As well as being half the price! The other annoying thing was that they told us we couldn't pay by card when we arrived even though it said we could online.
beds were OK
bathroom was terrible with a leakage in closet water way in washtub does not work staff can not speak English, and they do not understand. even they promise to fix problems about rooms, they never. breakfast is only one croissant and one glass of juice or one cup of coffee
The price was excellent with simple breakfast which was free We were 3 person we just paid 50 €
At late night the water in the bathroom was cold !
Breakfast, Price, Atmosphere
Our room was not very clean and a bit hot at night
Breakfast was ok.
The page of this hotel is misleading. It is 30 minutes from the city center by bus. And you have to change from metro to bus. We stayed in this hotel just because it claimed to be close to the city center. We only had 2 days in brussels and we wasted a lot of time on the road waiting for the bus or metro etc. When we told this to the manager he just laughed. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
I liked the restaurant and their services..... Good food and cheap prices.... Cesar salad was great!!!;))
I didn't liked that there was nonair conditioning in the rooms... And it was hot....
not enough space here; 1.we were promised garage parking but had to park on the roads because of a lack of space within the garage, which - as I could clearly see from the outside - is serving as a storage for the hotel and not for the parking of vehicles; 2. items for breakfast not only limited in variation but also in amount; 3.on arriving very late in the evening we entered into the room indicated to us to the smell of cigarette-smoke, so much so that in the low temperature we had to leave the window open for half an hour; 3. a room too small for 2 - I banged my leg against the bed several times, we could not move the chair out from the desk for there was no space; 4. a wardrobe too small for two, there were only two clothes’ hangers made of the thinnest plastic and very narrow certainly not the ones fit for jackets and clothes in winter – fit perhaps for children’s summer clothes; there was just one trousers’ hanger which was broken; 5. the curtains were left carelessly dangling off the rail; 6. the beds were adjoined together when this was supposedly a twin-room; 7. the blankets were of a different colour and there were no bedspreads; 8 the maid came to make the room at 15:30; 9.in order for the doors to be locked they have to be banged; 10. In the very tiny bathroom there is no ventilation nor is there any device like ‘expelair’ nor a tin of airfreshener spray - we are not citizens of a third-world country! 11. The wash-basin is very small, the size of those we find in spare toilets; 12.the seat of the lavatory was not fixed well and it moves beneath you when you sit on it; 13. there was no toilet paper holder and the paper roll had to sit on the flushing making it very inconvenient to use; 14.the volume of the showergel/shampoo is not even enough for a shower let alone for a shampoo, too; 15.
large room, aircon.easy in and out easy parking in doors, english speaking friendly staff
no resturant or bar. poor tv reseption , no children channel. unclean and smeely lobby toilet.
Not true that is near Midi station and city center. From Midi by taxi need 15eur, from hotel tu bru airport nee 64eur, but when ask staff how much inform that about 40eur. Information in web about location is not true.
Take your own conclusion upon reading: I booked a quadruple room, upon arrival I was given a key to a room but shortly after, I got another key to another -smaller- room. I basicly (almost) got downgraded. After asking questions I got the first key back to check the room. Off course I take the bigger one. Paid for parking 3 nights. On second night I got "parking is full sir". I stated that I paid for 3 nights. Then the garage door gets opened. Way way too expensive for what is offered. Even for the quadruple room. You're not allowed to eat in the room. I read this in an earlier review, which I couldn't believe, but it's really true.
The price was good and the bathroom was clean.
The cleanliness of the bed covers was questionable. The decor is in need of updating and cleaning. The window blinds were in need of washing. There was no tv remote control and the desk clerk was unable to find a replacement or indeed did not even try.
The WIFI was working well. The bed was comfortable.
The receptionist was not very helpful. The hotel urgently needs renovation. It is prohibited to consume meals in the rooms, which is strange. The lock was not very safe. The hotel is located quite far from the centre.
