Hotel location, convenient car parking. Room was not as clean as I would have expected from the external appearance of the hotel. |

Close to town centre but with easy/secure parking. Friendly helpful staff Accommodation is 'Guest House' rather than 'Hotel' - poor quality linen/duvet/pillows. Towels not automatically changed during 4 nt stay. Low eaves in the bedroom. |

We liked the location of the hotel and the exterior design. It's in between dinant and all the other things to do/visit like the ruins of Montaigle, the snail 'factory' and Maredsous abbey. Also the friendliness of the staff, they gave us strawberries & chocolate sauce, champagne glasses and a chilling bucket which all in all made our stay at the hotel very pleasant ;-) |

Nice setting - will be excellent when complete. Unfortunately the pool was out of use. There was no bar in the hotel. Ice machine would be good. When I booked a double I didn't expect a twin. |

It was very easy to get too and eating at the brasserie over the road was convenient. Large bedroom and bathroom comfortable bed. A busy but good hotel The bedroom decor needed looking at - cracks and cobwebs |

The restaurant of the hotels offers excellent dinners and wines. Great selection of food. Rooms are very basic, the remote control for the TV needs to be requested from the reception. |

vue sur campagne, silence, petit-déjeuner décalage très important entre le standing annoncé et la réalité : cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles; piscine, abords de la piscine et chambres en rénovation; tâches brûnes sur murs et plafond de la chambre (moustiques écrasés ?); pas de mini-bar; pas de room-service; la télécommande de la TV ne fonctionnait pas; le restaurant gastronomique était déjà complet quand nous sommes arrivés à 17h00 |

De drie restaurants vlakbij waren zeer goed. Lekker eten voor een normale prijs. Het hotelpersoneel sprak zowel Nederlands als Frans. |

Le lieu est très sympathique. Le personnel aussi. Le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont trop spartiate pour un 3 étoiles. Et ce n'est pas la piscine qui va venir combler un confort léger (pas de bar en chambre, lits sur roulettes). Surtout, le plus important défaut : la sonorisation. Nous avons été réveillés dans les deux chambres pourtant espacées l'une de l'autre par les pas des autres dans les chambres situées au-dessus !!! Je fais plus de 60 nuits par an dans les hotels. Il est surclassé. |
