A great location within the town yet in a quiet area. The staff were very helpful and the Hotel is in an old building but has been updated with modern facilites and quirky decor. The buffet breakfast was great and the bar is very cosy and a nice place for a drink before you head out to eat. The sliding door on the en suite was stuck open but it was not a major problem and the staff very helpfully offered to move us to another room which we declined. |

The breakfast was plentiful. The first impression on entering the room, 102, was impressive but during our stay we found many 'thoughtless' points. Where should one hang the towel when having a shower? The toilet was old and in need of more than a cursory clean. Hanging space was cramped and inadequate for two people. We kept bumping into each other. |

Great location - 5mins walk from the very centre. Very clean hotel, ewly refurb. Shower cubicle opens into the main room? Strange? But otherwise, very comfortable. |

Very friendly staff. Lovely hotel, newly refurbished, great unusual quirky decor. 24 hour bar. Great breakfast. would have been nice if could also eat there in the evening. |

Hotel receptionist was excellent - friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Bathroom/toilet floor - no shower cubicle so the whole room is wet |

Great location, comfortable and chick designed room, friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay, and would do so again next time in Ostend. The old and slow elevator should be replaced with something modern - there was actually traffic in rush hours ... |

Position of hotel near to town centre and beach good breakfast Staff were a bit rude and unhelpful, room was not ready at 3pm when you can check in from 2pm, our card locked us out of our room an hour before check out, and twice we had to go back to reception to sort it out. This is a shame as I quite liked the style of the hotel but now I would not go back |

I found the hotel to be very central to the shops / public transport and the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Very little daylight in the room. Windows were facing the fire escape. |

The room was in good taste and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was the best I've ever stayed in, in Oostende and I've stayed in at least 20 different hotels there over the years. The bathroom had my top vote,exceptional for a hotel in oostend. The breakfast was also very good. The restaurant windows needed a good clean. It spoilt the look of the hotel and didn't do justice to the interior. The pink/red stairway with dimmed lighting caused us a problem with finding the first few steps. Possibly could be a danger to older guests. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. De kamer is echt te klein en erg warm ondanks dat het november was. De lift is ook erg klein. |

Knappe inrichting, ruime kamers, op de zevende verdieping: zicht op zee, heerlijk ontbijt, nieuw en (misschien daarom) picco bello verzorgd, en zachte niet krakende bedden! Door het feit dat huisdieren toegelaten zijn, zaten er zomaar drie honden mee aan het ontbijt (dit tengevolge van een aanzuigeffect, vermoed ik, wegens elders verboden), |
