Great location, but parking is difficult unless you use nearby car parks. Good hotel, definately recommend it.

We did not choose this hotel, we had booked the Burlington but they messed up our booking and you managed to get us into the Mondo at the last minute with Booking.com offering to pay the difference in price. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms reasonably clean (but not spotless) and warm and the breakfast very good. We certainly would not think it value for money if we had chosen the hotel and had to pay the full price ourselves.

We would not recommend the hotel due to the price, although at a more reasonable cost we would recommend it.

Very clean and in great location at good price .Really comfy and enjoyable stay even though at first were given double rooms but soon rectified. Very good secure parking.

Clean modern room!

No slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste, minibar, coffeemaker, information about hotel etc. in the room. Pillows were way too thick.

The buffet breakfast wsa fantastic-offered for four hours every day & filled with a various assortment of different items for everyone's tastes & continually replenished.

Our triple room overlooked the fire escape-normally not a pleasant view but considering there is constuction going on everywhere in Oostende at the moment, a preferred location to avoid the dust on the street filtering up into your room & considering we had to have the windows open as even though we had our thermostat set to 10c, it seemed the room never got cooler than 30! The interior location didn't allow any air to circulate however. Although we were forced to sleep with the windows open, as we were close to the fire escape so for security reasons, we always made sure the windows were closed before we left our room for the day however one day we returned to find a window open. I'm sure the cleaning staff thought they were doing us a favour by letting some air in but not a good idea in case people's leave valuables behind in their rooms-which we never do unless they are locked in a safe.We were also awoken in the early A.M. hours by a bunch of drunk people who decided to continue their evening by loudly climbing the interior stairs & then going out onto the fire escape.The room was a decent size & offered a separate room with cot for our son which was perfect however, there was no bath-which I think most families with small children would prefer over a shower. The room didn't have any "extras" either ie; minibar, coffee/tea maker, a pad of paper & pen, safe, bottle opener, etc although the breakfast room/bar seemed to be open most of the day & night so, I suppose you could at least get a drink there if necessary. Also, there was a broken lamp left on the table which really should have been taken away as there was plenty of light already in the room. Although the room wasn't spotless it was tidy enough.

The staff was really kind and caring with a great sence of humor. They exceeded my expectations in their service.

nothing much to be liked except the fine art deco structure visible from the street, but of which no trace has been spared once inside, the hotel having been re-distributed in a dysfunctional way and "re-decorated" in the most horrendous mixture of late 1960's, IKEA and Conforama cheap concepts

first, checking in at 3 p.m., we were given an ugly but fairly large room with bath; the room hadn't been done, but we thought it was too early; when we returned to the hotel after an early dinner, the room was in the same state; the only one person in attendance helped us move to another room, extremely small, with no bathtub, desk or armchair or wardrobe; after which we were upgraded to a "luxury room", still without a kettle; the bar was closed at 10p.m., but we could buy mineral water (highly priced) from the front desk... we could not use Internet... no parking facilities or help provided to park the car... breakfast mediocre... this hotel compares very unfavorably with others in Ostend that do not boast 3 stars
