The staff were hard working, very helpful and friendly. The Hotel is near to the beach and city centre both easy walking distance.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the bathroom had thick dust behind the door. Not enough staff, receptionist is expected to run the bar and breakfast room.

We did not choose this hotel, we had booked the Burlington but they messed up our booking and you managed to get us into the Mondo at the last minute with Booking.com offering to pay the difference in price. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms reasonably clean (but not spotless) and warm and the breakfast very good. We certainly would not think it value for money if we had chosen the hotel and had to pay the full price ourselves.

We would not recommend the hotel due to the price, although at a more reasonable cost we would recommend it.

Extra breakfast with eggs and bacon. Very kindly people at reception. We booked a standard room + extra bed and for the same price we received a very large standard room for 3 !

We explicitly asked for 2 very bright rooms with abundant light and had one very dark room with windows looking into a very dark airshaft. The change we asked for was impossible. All 3 persons rooms are like that, I have been told. The cosy room is extremely tiny.

The parking is not easy to find as it is not part of the hotel.

Although at the edge of the road works which are going on throughout Ostend at the moment, we were not disturbed by noise. Our room was basic but perfectly clean and comfortable. Within about 5 minutes walk from the centre and about 10 minutes walk from the quayside and station. The car park the hotel arranged was perfect. Breakfast choice was good - even sparkling wine included on the buffet, machine for good espresso or cappucino and lolvely scrambled eggs.

We had clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated nicely near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a park(good for people with pets). The additional 20 Euro per day for parking is a good option to use. Food served with the breakfast buffet was kept warm and replaced, as needed.

Parking in the city can be a little difficult; hotel parking should be free or cost less. There's lots of construction around the hotel equating to lots of noise. Our bath/shower window did not have a curtain which can cause problems for more modest people; there were construction workers/people in other buildings across the street who could peer right in. Lol.

we logeerden in de wellnessuite. Mooie grote kamer met sauna. Jammer dat er geen kleine koelkast was om drankjes koud te houden. Verder was de inrichting heel basic, wel verzorgd. Sauna was klein, maar netjes. We misten wel badjassen in de sauna.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la décoration de l'hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné deux fois, et le personnel est très accueillant, souriant. Les chambres sont joliment décorés et les lits confortables.

mss een heel minpuntje maar denk niet dat daar iets kan aan gedaan worden dat is dat het heel dunne muren zijn . je hoor alles wat gebeurt in de kamer naast me en in de morgen kon ik na 8uur niet meer slapen van de mensen naast me en op de gang. verder was alles heel goed
