Very big room. Very clean. Very confortable. Nice design of the hotel in a castle. The dinner is too expensive. Its either taking a 40 euro dinner (that needs reservation) or having a pizza or lasagna in the bar. And its almost impossible to have dinner close from there. So you should be prepared for that. |

The hotel and the room was wonderful. The gardens were exquisite and the pool and spa area was a great bonus although I do not believe that the spa area is used very much. The drinks and food were very expensive (15 Euro for a ham and cheese sandwich). There were a lot of business meetings in the hotel (a normal occurance I think) and the sudden influx of 40+ people into the bar meant that service was significantly impacted. |

Nice surroundings. Food was good. Free internet connection. The spa facilities are not up to visitor standard. May be ok for the locals. Fitness machines are not well maintained. Treatments are not available unless booked well in advance. Room was small, hot and noisy early in the morning! Hotel service was not as expected. Had to ask 3 times for a cup of coffee. Restaurant was closed at 9.25 pm! Pretty dissapointing! Probably makes more money from weddings, conferences than residents. |

The room was very quiet and also spacious. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The long walk from the reception to the room.The room itself was very hot and difficult to cool down even with the airco working. |

the swimmingpool The rooms are quite outdated, the blankets have seen better times, the whole hotel needs a bit of refreshing. The breakfast is outraging expensive and it used to be better some time ago. |

The restaurant was very good and the staff there was very friendly and helpful. The personal at the reception was not so friendly. The beds, especially the mattresses were way too soft. To get to your bedroom you almost needed a compass. Definitely not for wheelchairs. |

Het attente en vriendelijke personeel. Geen 4 sterren, hooguit 3. Deken ipv dekbedden. Föhn werkt niet. Toilet veel te krap. Slechte kwaliteit plastic thee lepeltjes. Geen lange spiegel. Geen krukje in badkamer. Geen wastafelkastje. |

La description de l'hotel sur booking.com presente une serie d'equipements. Il est important de savoir que le sauna et le hammam font partie du centre de bien etre et non de l'hotel. Pour y avoir acces, il faut payer un droit d'entre de EUR 30 par personne et s'inscrire a un minimum de 2 soins (qui sont egalement payants). S'il n'y a plus de place pour les soins, il n'est alors pas possible d'avoir acces au sauna et hammam (preferable de reserver a l'avance). La salle de sport n'est accessible que pendant des periodes tres limitees qui ne sont pas adaptees aux visiteurs de l'hotel. |

De behulpzaamheid van het personeel en de ligging van het hotel. Maar er is een probleem met de doelgroep: exclusief, zakelijk, spa,...Nu probeert men wat van alles mee te pikken! De gangen en kamers zijn dringend aan een opfrissingsbeurt toe. |

Uitgebreid en uitstekend ontbijt. Diner was eveneens zeer lekker. Spa en Weness iets verouderd, maar ruimschoots goed gemaakt door bekwaam personeel. Mooie grote prestige kamer. De doolhof aan gangen en trappen om de kamer te bereiken. Met een uitgebreide bagage waarschijnlijk zeer vermoeiend. |

Heel stil op de kamer ondanks dat er een trouwfeest was Heel goed ontbijt, niets ontbrak. Tweede avond was het avondeten heel lekker. Eerste avond was het avondeten (hoofdschotel) niet te eten. Tonijn was heel droog. Een doolhof zeker de eerste keer dat we de kamer moesten zoeken. |

Le calme et la foret magnifique. Ne pas manquer les fontaines en pleine nature ! Le hammam très agréable. La grande chambre. La sensation d'intimité malgré la taille de l'hotel. L'architecture extérieure de l'hôtel et son très beau jardin. Le prix très raisonnable du séjour. L'établissement ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles : rideaux à moitier décrochés dans la chambre, les joints de la bainoire sont noirs... La déco de la chambre, des communs, du restaurant, du spa est tres vieillotte !!! La réception de l'hotel et celle du spa ne communiquent pas et on a eu l'impression que l'hôtel ne pouvait rien demander au spa. |
