Livia was a great host and her house is everything you could possibly hope for.We will return ! Thank you Livia for looking after us !

Location was excellent. Accomodation was well appointed and flexible.

In the centre of Bruges,room clean,warm and comfortable,excellent breakfast,host friendly and helpful.

Probably the best reception and host I have ever experienced. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. Clean, comfortable and very stylish. Livia the host was simply wonderful and the location of the house was perfect. We simply could not have asked for more.

Livia gave us a fabulous welcome and was the perfect host throughout our stay. Breakfast ranks among the best I have ever had! We felt like special guests and thoroughly enjoyed staying in her beautiful home. The room with a view lived up to our hopes: it was decorated beautifully, very comfortable and had a great view over the rooftops to the famous Belfry. Bruges is the perfect romantic getaway and Livias the ideal place to stay.

A word of warning about the number of stairs...it is of course an attic room, but if you find stairs difficult, think twice!

Livias offers luxury accomodation with a personal touch. The location is great 4 mins stroll to the main square but far enough away to escape the busy hustle and bustle. The breakfast was far beyond what I was expecting with a host that could not be more helpful. We will be visiting Brugge again and we will definately be staying at Livia's.

We were greeted with a very friendly welcome and a beautiful breakfast the next mornin, the woman was also very helpfull in showing us good places to visit and with a cheap carpark... I would definitely recommend to a friend and I will be visiting again for sure

Fantastic location, lovely house. We loved Livia's delicious homemade breakfasts in a cozy but spacious kitchen/dining area. Livia was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. She recommended us a very good restaurant where we had dinner every night, as well as the most famous beer restaurant in Brugge. We booked a room with a view and were not disappointed. The view was truly spectacular and the room itself was quite spacious for 3 people and very clean. We loved the design as well. We enjoyed our stay at b&b Livia's and want to thank Livia for an amazing experience we had visiting Brugge this May.

La propriétaire tres accueillante, la chambre avec vue spacieuse ainsi que la vue splendide la nuit.Le tres bon petit déjeuné

Aunque en principio habíamos reservado un pequeño apartamento en el B&B al final estuvimos alojados en la segunda casa más antigua de Brujas, también propiedad de Livia. La casa era superacogedora y aunque reformada todavía se podía ver detalles antiguos como las vigas las chimeneas...fantástico. La situación no podía ser mejor...a escasos metros del mercado de pescado y del ayuntamiento. A la espalda de unos de los canales más bonitos de brujas. Nosotros le damos un 10!!!

Les finitions de la chambre inacceptable à ce prix. Peinture , barre de douche rouillés...

Alles war perfekt , Livia selbst ist der Inbegriff der Gastfreundlichkeit - es war traumhaft!

Het zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Onze kamer had een zeer mooi uitzicht op het belford (s'avonds verlicht) maar het was wel met de trap naar het derde verdiep. Toch iets om terug te doen.

J'ai aimé la décoration, l'emplacement géographique, l’accueil de Livia, et le petit déjeuner aux chandelles et copieux !

La casa è affascinante e Livia è una persona squisita, mappa della città a disposizione e indicazioni perfette. La colazione in cucina ottima e abbondante in un ambiente particolarmente accogliente. La mia camera con vista spaziosa e confortevole. Sicuramente un soggiorno perfetto

la casa es tipica de brujas y la situacion para visitar la ciudad. tienes comodidades casa moderna pero con encanto de una casa medieval

古老的房子卻有現代的設備，乾淨、空間大，很適合多天多人居住，廚房設備齊全可省伙食費。離景點近，走路1- 0分鐘路程，由火車站坐計程車約10歐元。若- 有三人或四人的旅者，推薦它。

噢！門是使用密碼鎖，第一天不熟悉使用方法，打不開門，瞭解後發現超簡單。

B&B Livia's is het perfecte hotel voor mensen die een persoonlijk, warm, smaakvol en gastvrij verblijf prefereren boven een standaard kwalitatief goed hotel. De eigenaresse heeft liefde voor haar hotel, En laat je als gast thuis voelen. Een echte aanrader!

Je ne vais pas être originale car je ne peux que confirmer la personnalité de Livia en tout point charmante et disponible. Son implication et sa joie se transmettent tout de suite. Merci donc pour tout.

L'accueil est chaleureux, les petits déjeuners fabuleux (quantité, qualité et variété). La "chambre avec vue" est en fait un vrai studio aménagé avec goût dans les combles : partie chambre, partie salon, et coin cuisine très bien équipé (plaque de cuisson vaisselle...). Enfin le b&b est situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre, et le parking conseillé est proche et bon marché pour un centre ville (8€ environ par 24h). C'est vraiment idéal pour visiter Bruges (Brugge) et nous comptons bien revenir dans ce b&B.

Juste 2 très petits reproches : une petite table de salon (pour poser verres ou tasses) et un éclairage (petit spot ?) au dessus du canapé pour lire seraient biens venus.
