Clean, close to conference location No staff after hours. Thus if later in the day we figured out that we have to leave before 8:30 next day, there is nothing we can do. Room was booked as 'double", but because half of the room and half of the washroom was with slope seiling, this can hardly being named even normal room. Few bamps in the head when trying to use shower, etc. |

This was our second visit to this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Location is ideal with shops, bars, cafes and car park near by. A nice 15 min walk through the park to the railway station. |

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice, modern and clean. The breakfast options were good. The street out front can be a little noisy in the morning, but you have to expect that for a city centre location. |

We really liked our bedroom which had tasteful modern decor and was clean and comfortable. We had requested a room at the rear of the hotel when booking and that is what we were offered when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful and service was efficient The buffet breakfast featured a wide choice of food. |

Wifi free, good situation, friendly staff. We got a 3 bedroom under the roof. It was very hot and we had no AirCo.There was only a ventilator to release the heat. |

Very friendly staff, food is very good, thought the set menu was excellent value for money, comfortable bed and room, great location, Not a problem with the hotel but we fond when we left the windows open we got bitten by a lot of mosquitoes! We think this happens everywhere in Brugge as there are so many canals. Never has any problems with the windows closed. |

There was a warm welcome, a lovely breakfast and it was close to the many amenities in Brugges. My second visit with my family during the Summer. Unfortunately there was no air- con. so the rooms on the top floor were really hot and stuffy even with a fan. |

Very friendly and helpful staff; clean, comfortable modern rooms; great breakfast; convenient location. Would definitely stay there again. My travelling companions (older couple, very light sleepers) thought their street-facing room was a bit noisy the first night we were there, but I don't think it was anything more than normal city noise. If you require extreme quiet, request a room in the back. |

Fantastic breakfast. Fresh food and a very good selection. A nice surprise when you come back to the room. Bed was too soft, I got a bad back on the following day. We could open the window only tiny bit even though the room was very hot and humid. Apart from these it was fantastic. |

Location could not be any better. Receptionist was always very resourceful and friendly. Very adequate breakfast. The room was a little dark and the window was small. We were given the rooms on the highest floor (the roof) so they were smaller. Bathroom shower curtain was too long and not wide enough! |
