Fabulous breakfasts. Very very clean everywhere. Excellent location right in centre of city.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice, great location in the centre and a very comfortable room.
Nothing really, maybe that it can be a bit noisy at night from people on the street below.
Friendly staff especially the lady who works at the reception desk, given useful information. She prepared a huge breakfast pack for us as we had to leave early and the kitchen won't be able to open very early in the morning. Clean room with all the necessaries. Would love to go back there again!
Everything, a lovely place to stay!
Liked the staff, breakfast. Excellent location for seeing all of Bruges. Room was quite satisfactory, maybe a little worn, but it had a nice large bathroom.
The location is ideal since it is both close to the train station and the main attractions of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
A minor inconvenience was that the room was on the upper most level and had a slanted wall on one side which made it a little interesting for a 2 meter tall person.
The Loreto is a small very comfortable hotel in a central location. The staff and welcoming and very helpful and we return to this hotel year on year. We even like the horse carriages passing by at regular intervals. The clip clop of the horses might bother light sleepers wanting a lie in as they start fairly early in the morning.
Hotel was near the station and in the centre of the old city.the room was small but clean and comfortable. Bed linen crisp and good quality The family were very helpful in all repects. I would always stay at Loreto on future visits and recommend to friends.
Top floor room was extreamely hot (middle of September!) and was too noisy with window open due to traffic! Lots of Mosquitos and we got bitten all over. Our two year old had a lasting mosquito bite scar on her face 5 weeks later! Really good location in centre bug not for families with you g children for sure!
Needs aircon! (In September!). Also fumigating for Mosquitos!
The hotel was quiet and well-located, with a parking garage close by. Staff friendly and helpful.
Stayed on a Sunday in mid-September, Bruges was packed!
Location, simple and efficient bedroom, room rate...
Location was ok. Room was adequate size.
No hair dryer, no tissues, and Mosquitos in room.
Room was warm, many mosquitoes
Everything was excellent, very personal Very good location
Steps away from some of Bruge's key sights such as the Onze Lieve Vrowkerk and Old St John's hospital. Descent breakfast (standard continental) served in a nice living room. Has a lift.
Wifi did not reach our room. We stayed on the second floor.
Central position. Car park very close by.
Traffic noise from the street from early morning. Lack of smiles from the staff!
Lovely little hotel in a special town. Added to the atmosphere of spending time in a historical city. Recommend it to couples. Friendly staff and great breakfast each day.
The hostess was friendly and helpful. Hotel was perfect for the town - historic, small, perfect location, third floor room with view of rooftops - lovely. Very good breakfast, comfortable room, WiFi okay. Parking garage a block away. Beautiful city.
We didn't know we were checking in on the one day/year streets are closed to cars. We should've been told by somebody when we made the reservation that would be the case and what we should do when we got to Bruges.
Great location within walking distance of main city attractions and train station.
Location and proximity to the train station were great, lovely breakfast
Tiny room (barely any space around the bed), hot rooms with no AC (we opened the windows at night and we were attacked by Mosquitos)
Perfect locattion, 100 m from the main sites in Bruges Clean, very well organized Friendly, helpful staff
The hotel is located on a busy cobbled street, and that is really the only minus!
Good location with parking near to hotel. Breakfast had a good choice and the location of hotel excellent for the city.
Bin lorry at 5am one morning and early morning heavy traffic on cobbled street!!!!
Close to everything, in a great little street. Bike hire not far. Good breakfast included. Really nice deep bath for soaking after a long day.
