I liked everything... Great location, very good breakfast, new furnitures, fancy staff, big television... And you still have your breakfast listening Bossa Nova music... Perfect! The internet could be better... It works, but not to whole rooms.

This was a very large room, larger than most in Europe. It also had a balcony that faced the street and was about a block from the ocean. We stayed on a Monday night so it was quiet but I am guessing on a weekend it would be quite loud to stay on the street. There are a few bars on the street. Breakfast was very good. Homemade, fresh croissants! Overall a nice experience! No conventional shower. It was a bathtub with a shower hose. My 6'2" husband was quite comical sitting in the bath to take a shower.

Location and the Staff were friendly It was so hot, the whole hotel was like a furnace! No air con anywhere, in the winter it would be nice, but i would not go back there just because it was so hot!! :(

Great location and friendly staff make this hotel a great choice for families that are on a budget. Would recommend this and would stay again. The beds are in need of replacement as they are very soft and uneven.

Nice spacious family room, and a very short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants. Breakfast very nice Very difficult to find, many roads are being dug up and there are confusing one-way system around Ostend, which meant it felt like it took forever to drive to the hotel, then we had to face another one-way system and queue to get to a nearby car park, so not ideal start.Very noisy overnight, with karoake in a bar opposite till about 11, and then partygoers screaming and laughing well past the early hours, and this was on a Sunday night!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful the location was fantastic near to shops and everything else. the hotel was a bit dated needed some renovation especially the bathroom. Bathroom wasn't in a good nick, the bedroom furniture were cheap.

The location was superb for enjoying Ostends' pub culture & shopping. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The room was basic but clean & comfortable. We will definately book to stay at Hotel Louisa again. The room would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities.

absolutely charming person in attendance who came from home to open the hotel for us after hours (we arrived late due to weather conditions) and also pampered us the next morning; magnificent breakfast served to table, with a smile; very large room looking out to quiet street, through two balconies, and beautiful house fronts opposite; restaurants and bars nearby; parking easy in this area in the winter season; and the seafront 100 meters close

La position est parfaite pour la visite de la ville, l'hotel se trouve dans le centre et tout près de la plage, la gare est à 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est gentil, le petit déjéneur est copieux.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'acceuil à notre arrivée: Le personnel était très sympathique et souriant. Comme autres points positifs de cet hotel on peut noter qu'il occupe un situation centrale dans la ville et que l'on peut y prendre son petit-déjeuner jusque 11 heures!... Petit-déjeuner décevant : plus que minimaliste et malheureusement, dans la chambre : fraicheur de la moquette douteuse et rideaux en lambeaux!!!
