La situación estaba bien, La mujer de recepción muy amable y simpática

El hotel era un pelin antiguo , el desayuno no era una maravilla pero era bastante variado.

The Superior Rooms are excellent, the Standard Rooms are OK. The staff are all really helpful and very friendly, and the majority of them speak excellent English. The buffet style breakfast is very good and plentiful (continental breakfast). We have stayed in this hotel a number of times in the last four years.

We liked everything !

This was a very large room, larger than most in Europe. It also had a balcony that faced the street and was about a block from the ocean. We stayed on a Monday night so it was quiet but I am guessing on a weekend it would be quite loud to stay on the street. There are a few bars on the street. Breakfast was very good. Homemade, fresh croissants! Overall a nice experience!

No conventional shower. It was a bathtub with a shower hose. My 6'2" husband was quite comical sitting in the bath to take a shower.

Location and the Staff were friendly

It was so hot, the whole hotel was like a furnace! No air con anywhere, in the winter it would be nice, but i would not go back there just because it was so hot!! :(

The rooms are really big and very clean.

The only difficulty is the parking. There is a free parking 10 min. Away.

Nice spacious family room, and a very short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants. Breakfast very nice

Very difficult to find, many roads are being dug up and there are confusing one-way system around Ostend, which meant it felt like it took forever to drive to the hotel, then we had to face another one-way system and queue to get to a nearby car park, so not ideal start.Very noisy overnight, with karoake in a bar opposite till about 11, and then partygoers screaming and laughing well past the early hours, and this was on a Sunday night!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful the location was fantastic near to shops and everything else. the hotel was a bit dated needed some renovation especially the bathroom.

Bathroom wasn't in a good nick, the bedroom furniture were cheap.

This is about the 4th time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be all that we require.

Music in the dining room needs to be a little more cheerful.

Size of the room and location close to the sea-side and city centre make this hotel a good choice

La position est parfaite pour la visite de la ville, l'hotel se trouve dans le centre et tout près de la plage, la gare est à 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est gentil, le petit déjéneur est copieux.
