nothing was good about that hotel comparing its higly priced rates. I stayed as I have had to stay. Never and ever again.

Humudity was high in the room with its unique smell! walls were cracked and room was tight with unnecessar old furnutures.

Location was good, walking distance from metro and tram stop very near, in a quiet street off main road.

Hotel seemed very quiet and we only saw handful of other guests one morning. Threfore cannot understand why we were given a room on top floor at the back next to the lift !(701) ..room had water marks on ceiling and peeling wall paper , I cannot complain as the price for the room was great value, I just cannot work out why we were not given a better room , this would not stop us staying again ,but it would have got a better review and staying again would be more of a definate . Hotel seem to do this, perhaps because you paid less than normal ?/

Superb bedroom and barhroom. Breakfasts very good. Quiet location yet handy for the Metro and restaurants close by. A very good place to stay.

Great location, friendly staff, moderate price

My room (152) needs refreshing. Wall paper is getting old, spots on carpet and mildew in shower... Not that difficult to fix for a great result. Rooms on the -rue de Livourne- side are very noisy at night because of night clubs in the street.

Overall the staff were very helpful. Location was a short walk from the shops and the free WiFi was useful in relaxed reception. Good price hotel but would pay more next time to be nearer grand plaza.

Unfortunately the room we had was covered in damp and mould. The room view was an untidy roof covered in cigarettes and rubbish, shoes socks cement bags etc. This is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room was adequate but no coffee facility and the bathroom was very small. If you were a larger person you would struggle to close the door. Didn't have breakfast looked ok but not for 22 euros pp

The problem was that the heating was off in the night, closed and it was really cold. I had difficulties sleeping because of that reason.

Very friendly staff, parking space near the hotel for free. In weekends the breakfast-buffet is only 12 euro's. And very good buffet.

Great location off Avenue Louise, also the night staff were very accommodating, nothing was a big deeal.

Whilst it is an old hotel, it might not someone who is looking for glass and steel modernity. This is a positive to me. So I have no complaints whatsoever.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Staff didn't take our luggage to the room. Room itself was kind of small and the bed was not a real double bed but two separated bed put together (thus with a hole in the middle)

The bathrooms need cleaning, especially the shower/bath
