The hotel is exquisitely furnished - both the sleeping and breakfast rooms. Very friendly staff and secure parking (though limited) No air conditioning in the rooms and it was fairly warm in Brussels when we were there. There did not seem to be a lot of restaurants in the area, although we found one that was excellent - Ciao Bella - which had been recommended by the staff. |

It was second time for me to stay Izan Avenue Louise, and I'm very happy to stay there again. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Located near the center Louise, but enoughly large and comfortable room with nice facility. Convenient for shopping, eating, and possible to walk to the central Brussels. I didn't take the breakfast this time but I could buy the bread in "Paul" or supermarket 3 minutes far from the hotel. 7 minutes walk from the metro station, but I didin't care. Biggest problem for me is there is steps at the entrance and before the elevator. Because I had a big suitcase, it was hard to go and out. There is no door boy at the entrance. Slopes should be put there for the long stay guests. |

It was a decent hotel but certainly not worth the excessive amount they charged me for one night! I arrived late at night after travelling from england. The staff tried to put me in a small room next to the communal ladies toilet and right next to the entrance to the car park. The following day i looked around and found far superior hotels for a fraction of the price, and the staff were far better and enthusiastic |

Good location No air condition plus no possiblity to open the windows. The rooms gets so hot that sleeping is impossible! This hotel needs urgent investment: everything is going down! It used to be quite good - but now all furnitures, walls etc are almost broken. I cannot advise staying here. Not anymore! |

The purpose of our visit to Brussels was to spend time with family who live near the hotel. We used the hotel for Bed & Breakfast only, which was ideal for us. |

It was comfortable, clean, quiet, near the center of the town - everything we need. We were very satisfied. Maybe, better television set. |

The staff were cool about visitors I was annoyed by the fact that breakfast (22 Euro) was not included in the price on-line which actually put this hotel in the higher price category. |

like others said, spots on the bed and on the carpet, windows very hard to open, for the rest ok, don't go there if you want to have a special time, only if you need a sleep. they should renovate the place! |

The front desk staff were very welcoming, easy going, pleasant, informative and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during my stay, going on past 1am. Coupled with noisy corridors etc I certainly wouldnt recommend anyone stay on the first floor. |

The staff were very professional and the breakfast good (especially considering it was included in the price) Although obviously smart in its time, the hotel is looking a bit tired. Frayed fabrics, dark grey net curtains, large sliding window that jams open, that kind of thing. However, the price was keen. |

I liked the fact that my room on the 6th floor was pleasantly warm in spite of the cold May weather outside; the window going out to the yard opened, and there was no air conditioning which for me, is a plus! The bathroom in red marble had a lovely touch of luxury about it. I missed a luggage rack, I had to have my suitcase on the floor; it would be nice to have some tea and coffee-making facilities; the reception does not provide umbrellas when it rains which is surprising for this hotel class; if you have heavy luggage, be aware that there are 2 or 3 stairs before you get to the lift. My TV reception failed twice, by the way, but each time it was repaired by the end of the day. |

The hotel is located in a side street of the Avenue Louise, Brussels's most exclusive shopping avenue. The rooms are pleasant and the service is efficient. The breakfast is good, although not included and a little pricey at €22. |
