A bit out of the way, you have to walk abo0ut 10 mins to the Metro. The Hotel is still under renovation. The decor is very old fashioned. |

Very pleasant place to stay with good location. Just few hundred meters to metro and little more to the old town. The stuff of the hotel surprised me they were extremely polite and courteous. Some minor issues. |

Quality for the price Dirty carpet in the bedroom, would be a good idea to supply slippers. Breakfast mediocre. Upon arrival waited 10 minutes at the desk and hostess arrived only when phone rang which she promptly answered without a word of excuse. Staff sullen in general except waiter at breakfast table who was most charming.Matress too soft. At a first glance hotel seems quite smart but in fact is in great need of refurbishing. |

The hotel has a great central location, was easy to find and just a few minutes walk from the Louise metro station. The hotel is very well appointed with lots walnut fittings and has been recently refitted with new carpets etc. My room was wonderfully quiet - amazing for such a central location. The room was also very well fitted out and the shower room was a joy - fully tiled and with lovely towels! Although the breakfast is expensive at 22 euros, there are several really nice patisseries nearby and I got a continental breakfast at one of these for 2 euros. I recommend this hotel very highly and will be going there again. |

Couldn't fault it. My room was beautiful, the bathroom was perfect. Impeccable service. Great rate for overnight stay before heading off to Bruges. |

Great Hotel! The rooms are beautiful decorated. Very intresting. It is written in the rewiews that the staircase is ugly and old.....I have a surprise ... they were repairing it. It is in a great area, near the centre (20 min walk), near the metro "Louise" (5 min walk). On the end of the street is a little shop were you can buy different things till late ... the big shops are closed at 20:00. The breakfast is really great! |

I was staying in Bruxelles for one night with my girlfriend and found Izan Avanue Louise to be very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and warm and decorated and furnished stylishly. The breakfast was tasty with a fine selection of hot and cold food and nice coffee. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. I will be staying there again on my return to Bruxelles in December. Wireless internet was available but at €10 per hour which is quite steep. |

The Izan Avenue Louise is a smart well located Hotel just a few minutes walk from the nearest Metro stop, with conections to the Eurostar terminal. The room was very clean and well presented and the breakfast was of a very good standard and included in our rate, but expensive if not included. (22 Euros). You can easily walk into the center of Brussels (approx 30 mins walk) which is very worth wile as you get some great views from the Palace of Justice which in it's self is a very impresive building. On the whole i would recomend the Izan Avenue Loiuse for a short stay in brussels and would use this hotel again myself. |

The personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but at €22, I think it is too expensive. The hotel lobby and rooms were fine. However, the (only) staircase was 'under renovation' meaning that the carpet had come loose, and if there was a fire or anything, would have been dangerous. During my 3 day stay, I did not see any workmen. This has to be corrected immediately, especially since it seems to be the only fire exit. Does this pass fire regulations??? |

The place was very calm, no disturbing sounds, comfortable bed. Very tasteful breakfast. Buffet table with a great choice of food. The staircase didn´t look nice, but we didn´t have to use it since the elevator took us up and down without any problems. |

Location was good. Silent and tidy, clean.Breakfast costs more than it deserve. should be included in the overall cost.Air condition is not enough and not working properly. Some parts of the hotel such as elevator and carpets were worn out need to be replaced. |

The breakfast was fabulous. The staff attentive. It is off Avenue Louise, a MAJOR high end shopping street...great location. The odd number rooms facing the front were much larger and more airy than the even number ones facing the back. With no air conditioning, and the fire escape just outside the window, we didn't feel comfortable leaving our window open at night, as such it was quite hot. |
