Perfect location. Friendly staff in the reception. Standard of the rooms was as exptected. As we are a family of 5, we had booked a double room and a tripple room. We arrived quite late in the evening (which we have informed the hotel of in advance) and found that due to a "double booking" no tripple rooms were avaible - but we could get 2 double rooms and a single room instead. Not a perfect situation when travelling with 3 children, so we had to spend the first night sleeping 3 persons in a double bed. After the first night we got the requested rooms. Don't choose this hotel for the breakfast (chaotic, dirty cutlery, no service - fresh bread though).

The location of the hotel to the cities sites and a very convenient and reasonably priced parking garage. That is it. There was black mold in our bathroom. It was extremely hot and stuff in our room. There was a weird two tv remote issue that was just dumb. The breakfast was the lamest I have ever experienced in Europe. Also, it was so hot in the dinning room for breakfast that the heat was melting the cheese-and we only got cheese one of the two mornings were were there. The coffee was disgusting. We asked the lady at the front desk if she by chance knew if was supposed to rain that evening and she was so rude we were speechless. I have lived in The nl and Germany for a long time and I honestly expect some weirdness from hotels when they know we are Americans but they usually relax and are friendly after a while but this women was so rude it really hurt our feelings and all we asked was about the weather. I will never recommend this place or stay here ever again.

Location Poor breakfast, plastic cups for fruit juice. Hotel is dated and unclean in stair well with pushbikes & ladders left infront of doorway as a health & safety risk. This hotel does not offer a warm welcome!!!! Staff will say hello but that's as far as it goes.

The location of this hotel is the best possible as it is close to all the atractions of the old town of Brussels. Good for shopping and sight seeing. Reception was helpfull in many things but the staff in the hotel inn could be nicer. The place is clean and not expensive in comparison with the other hotels around. The ladies in the breakfest room could be a bit nicer as they looked and treat the guests sometimes like somebody has forced them to the work. Smile does not cost so much and can solve some problems as well!

It is located in the heart of Brussels. The walls are very thin therefore it can be heard clearly if somebody is walking on the floor above (during all night...).

location. room was clean and spacious. check in was not good. given keys to a dirty room when we told the front desk, were given another room. new room had no fan and front desk refused to provide one. our room was overlooking the city square - the noise was terrible and we could not sleep until about 4:00 a.m.

It's location was pretty good and was easily accessible. And only that to it..!!! Very bad experience..! The lady staff there was not friendly at all, not even a smile and a little rude too. When we are away from home, it is the simple warmth of other people that keeps us feeling at home. You can't expect that here...! After a 30-hour journey that's the least expected thing to happen to you...! Well, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone..!!!

The location in the centre of city with gratifying atmosphere in the evening, convenient bed, cleanliness of my room and enjoyable environs of restaurant. In the bathroom is undone wall tiling under the laver. In the room is not schedule of hotel services and stay condictions - time of breakfast, request for guests coexistence.

Conveninent location, spacious room Well, there was no tea and coffee in the room, no bath only a shower, my TV didn't work properly and the room was very noisy, with music blaring away until after 12.00 and then very inconsiderate guests chatting at 4.00 in the morning. I was in one of the ground floor executive rooms with windows facing onto an internal atrium. The sound carries in there and these people were on one of the floors above talking very loudly. It woke me up! So, a bad design feature, I think. The Atlas Hotel costs a simialr amount but has tea and coffee, baths, TVs that work, is quiet and has frree WiFi. As a business person I would rather stay there. Sorry!

The willingness of the staff to participate in any situation related to service needs, with goo attitude. The lack of a toaster in the breakfast area was noticable and was commented on by several others. To me, it is almost laughable that such is not available as it is the norm in international travel for a toaster to be a routine part of breakfast activity. The entertainment of the street noise is inescapable and it can be somewhat of a nusiance, but it is unavoidable. One of the guests was a harassment in the breakfast to all others, and the staff fouund him less than entertaing but nothing was done to redirect his behavior.

Good location only 1.We were forced to pay the day we arrived instead of after the stay. 2. We booked an Executive single each but got a triple room each instead-- the desk said they are the same but I know it is not true since I went on their site before booking. 3. The breakfast was the worst I've evr had. 4. the room was only surface clean and the beds were like sleeping in a hammock. The only reason this place is in busindess is for tourists going to the Grand Place in Brussels and it gives a bad name for the city, in my opinion.

The location of this hotel can't be beat, and the size of our tripple room was surprisingly good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Good stay on the whole. The breakfast staff really let this place down, as they were too busy chatting to restock and clean up. The breakfast was typical continental bread, cheese, ham, cereals, and yogurt, no problems there. The let down is that they were not in any kind of hurry to replenish the cutlery or the food, so you had to wait a long time. So don't put milk on your cereal before you get a spoon.

Location I booked a triple room but they gave me a double room with extra bed which was awful. I got the key while the room was not clean and ready to use. The hotel staffs were very unfriendly and impolite which for me as a person who travels a lot was very strange. Room was very cold and air conditioner was kind of fake because we could not manage to warm it up. All these things with a poor breakfast in the morning made our one night stay at Brussels very undesirable :( I never recommend this hotel.
