The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The breakfast is always good. All in all, very good value for money |

The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. The accommodations are modest, but comfortable. The location is spectacular - positioned on a lovely plaza outside La Madeleine church and only one block from Grand' Place. The elevator is a little creepy. Lights turned off during my single trip up - and it opens on the other side, making it very disorienting. |

It was in the center of the city. Very close to many of the places we wanted to visit in Brussels. In the bathroom we missed where to hang our clothes and shelves to put creams, toothpaste, combs,etc. |

Staff and location are excellent. Internet in rooms is neccesary, and I would lik to prefer multiple connections for purchased time. Prices increased in compare with my last stay a year ago, which makes the hotel not so attractive. |

Pleasant atmosphere. It would be nice to receive any map or login and password for internet immediately when check in, not to leave the guest to ask for that by himself. |

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English, which really helped me. The room, 102, was the best family room I have stayed at in Europe. It had a loft and accommodated four people very well. It had been renovated and had a very nice bathroom, as well as furnishings. The location is great. Just a block from the Grand Place and the Central Station. |

The Hotel is very well situated in the center of Bruxelles, just near the Central Station and the Grand Place. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The view from my room (the hotel is between other buildings and being at the 5th floor I saw only walls). There was no access to internet. |

Great location, very close to the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. Front desk staff was accommodating and courtesy with my room request, and provided coffee and bread for an early departure to go to the airport. I would stay there again. |

Location to the Markt in Brussels and breakfast were both good. It was a bit 'tired' in terms of decor and repair. We were only given 1 towel between us in a double room and there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. (Please note I didn't read guest reviews before traveling so following answer about accuracy of them is n/a). |

Excellent central location. Good price (65euro) for a double. Room noisy, small and dirty. Had to wait until 1515 for check-in. If you book this hotel, be prepared for a budget experience. If you pay their usual rate of 115 euro for a double you will feel cheated! Not the worst place I've ever stayed in; central, cheap, functional- but not a pleasant stay. |
