Close to the old center of Brussels and Central Railway Station. No toilet in the room. Only sink and shower. And the skylight window wasn't clean.

Location is good as it is within walking distance to many restaurants and tourists attractions. The room allocated cannot accommodate 4 adults. Should have advised us to book 2 rooms instead. The upper level where there were 2 beds was so stuffy. Turning on the air-condition did not help neither.

Mostly the fact that it is very central - when coming on a business trip I normally arrive late in the evening, and therefore appreciate a central site, to be able to go out for an easy dinner. Nothing really. I only stayed one night and honestly I did not expect or need anything else.

Great location. Close to central station and grand square. The staff was not very helpful. The rooms are dull and moderately unclean. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. The breakfast was convienent but bland.

The hotel staff were pleasant & helpful. Room (triple exec) was large, big opening windows. Location excellent for Central Station, bars, restaurants & shops. Breakfast was limited choice but nice fresh bread. Carpet in bedroom was a bit grubby.

Location. That's the only good thing Very poor breakfast and in our triple room we had only 1 big and 1 small towel in the bathroom (instead of 3 big ones and 3 small ones what you uselly get)

Location and reception staff pleasant. Sad, tired, worn-out and beware loud drunks in square making sleep very difficult. Rock hard bed, and free breakfast is welcome but very basic. Not worth money and although I support independent hotel against chains, this is exactly the type of hotel that has to try much harder in order not to lose clients to Ibis. Disapointing.

Location is excellent. Right beside the Grand Place, Central Station, and the Cathedral. Right in the heart of the shops and restaurants. Bathroom was quite nice and clean. Comfort of beds was not the greatest. My pillow was lumpy and lacked a pillow case. It was just covered by the bed sheet.

I like the location. Staff friendly. Good size room. Good breakfast! The hotel need a make up over urg!. Special bath and the windows with double glass. It will be wondeful!! I couldn't sleep all night with people passing by , car etc.... this why I did downgrade the rate. Brussels is growing and to make a good business you need to invest in. Otherwise, the business is lost! Think about it! Good luck!

Good location and friendly staff. I even got a better room than I paid for due to a clerical error = win! There was blood on my sheets after one change. Yuck! The housekeepers changed it straight away upon my request however.
