Location, Location, Location - perfect. Staff were friendly Breakfast was very good Got extra towels when we asked for them. I think this hotel has so much potential to be a 3 star if they just adhere to our comments and up their game a little as we liked the hotel even though we had complaints. Our family room which had 2 single beds on ground floor 2 single beds on a mezzanine which wasn't suitable as we had stated we were 2 parents and 2 children. Dampness & odour from shower leakage was on carpet and after a complaint was made, we got a new room, which was better with a double bed and another mezzanine. The messanine was not suitable for a family, the stairs was steep. But, lighting was very poor, while we were there (2 nights) the main light blew completely. No soap in bathroom (even after asking for it). No bin in the room (apart from bathroom). Noisey neighbours at night.

The location was excellent, close to the train station and to all major tourist attractions. The room was very noisy - people walking past in the passage all hours of the night, as well as noise from above.

Only the location..walking distance to tourist spots Didnt allow early check in & was bluntly told to come back by 3pm without any advice of where to go & what to do for 2hours.. No city map or directions back to hotel were given. The lift is small & room was located in narrow passage which I coudnt find without help. Breakfast was a joke with only croiisants, cereal & tea. No safe box, no toiletries or kettle in room

The wonderful location close to the famous central square, and railway station. The furnishings could do with an update, and at first I thought the place was a bit of a dump. It would not take much to make the room/s look smarter. However, it was very quiet and I had a very good nights sleep in the comfortable bed.

Very very centric basic breakfast, but good enough -Although €75/night is cheap-ish, on a friday/saturday night for €10-€15 more you could get a lot more comfort. -WiFi isn't free
