In the heart of the historic center of Brussels, the Bedford Hotel is a boutique hotel just a quarter mile from the Grand-Place.

Hotel The Moon benefits from a central location in the heart of historical Brussels, a 3-minute walk away from the Grand Place, the Manneken Pis Statue and Brussels-Central Train Station.

This centrally located hotel is within 320 yards of Brussels' central Grand Place and an 8-minute walk from the Central Train Station. Hotel Opera has a 24-hour front desk, a tour desk and free Wi-Fi....
Score from 1046 reviews Good
very thin walls between rooms .
The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the central train station and the Grand Place.
Too severe the check-in time: it was raining and we were soaking wet and had to wait a quarter of hour in the hall. Wifi free only for an hour during all the journey.
The only thing I can say that I liked about this hotel was that it was located in the perfect place. Real close to Grand Place and Central Station, and just really convenient when walking anywhere.
The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was not in the best condition, and the staff was rude. The fact that we had to pay for wifi was ridiculous, and we felt like they were really greedy with money and not helpful or caring of their customers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The sheer proximity to the Grand Place and from the Central Station and that's possibly the only thing I could praise about this hotel.
First of all the staff are really rude especially the guy in the afternoon/evening shift who looks like Gustavo Fring from Breaking Bad and who's unresponsive and doesn't greet me in return... Which is really rude because if he has any awareness of pop culture, Gustavo meets a very, very dreadful demise >:) Secondly the toilet was unclean and when I lifted the lid off the toilet bowl there was an unflushed toilet paper wiped with faeces! One of the towels was not even clean I could see stains on it! Seriously how sloppy could the housekeepers be? Speaking of housekeepers they were equally unresponsive and indifferent. Finally the paid wifi policy of 8 euros for 24 hours is really really dreadful. They only print out one password for you which you could only use it on one device at any single time! And it's not like the Internet is godspeed or something. It's like the average Joe in your class trying to take out the sorority queen out on prom. WHAT JOKE IS THIS? Are we living in 2007?! I tried to hint to Gustavo Fring about the really ridiculous one-device policy and guess what he did? He printed out another Wifi pass for only 1 hour and gave it to me!! Thusly, this place is overpriced and if you've any knowledge of value, you'd know to stay away from this really backward and shoddy sty!
Large room, great breakfast and location close to Grand Place.
We booked&payed for two, and got a "room" (Nr.122) which was 3m long and 2m wide. The bed was 120cm*180cm for two people!! I'm 1,91m tall so for two persons thats pretty a torture. We got only one towel, so we were wondering, the doorman gave us a single room instead of double. It wasnt clean, was really uncomfortable. I reccommend not to book here....
windows' isolation is very poor, weak heating of the room
The staff was better (they lean) and all the good boys were better and there are not bad boys. The other guests seem to notice the culture of this "house", which is exellent, indeed!
no free wlan
It's placed close to the most important place
Very good location near the Central Station and La Grand Place. Quiet little Hotel with helpful staff. (well most of them!). Good breakfast and selection of coffees. Great Capuccino!
I had breakfast included. On the 6th February in the afternoon around 5:00 p.m. being in the hotel, after many hours of walking and sightseeing, exhausted, I went to the reception and asked for a sachet of tea. The guy who was there, his origin from some part of Africa, refused me the tea and nothing I did or said would change his mind although I told him that I had paid breakfast for 4 days and I was willing to also pay for the sachet. Going back to my room empty handed, I thought how much difference this tea would have made for my opinion for the friendliness of the hotel! Also the lift is old and needs to be changed.
The location is excellent. So close to both La Gare Central and La Grande Place and all it has to offer.
The bed was far too soft for me. And unfortunately I did not have a nice view.
- location - friendly staff (although my wife was asked in a weird way whether her room had breakfasst included)
- overpriced for a two-star hotel - the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly
There were chips all over next to our bed while at the same time we received seven (7!) fresh towels, for 2 nights (we were 2)...
location is close to manikent pis and grand palace and yes close to the paid parking
staff found not helpful or willingly offering help, rooms are dated and the furniture. Lift is very dangerous for the family with young kids.
central location, low price for Brussels central (but poor value), reasonably clean sheets, washbasin etc.
some rooms very poor for the price (around 70 euro single) - very small and dingy, shared toilet a long way down corridor, no door on shower so steam in bedroom, carpets old and not too clean, cold, heater not working and noisy, only 1 blanket, back stairs dirty. This hotel badly needs investment in upgrading the basic fabric and putting full en suite in all rooms. Prime location, but very poor management.
Staff took very long time(20+ mins) to check us in, Not-free wifi, very old elevator
the location was just perfect and the staff were really nice
the room was tiny with no closet space but overall it was worth it
Close to Grand Place. Close to public parking. Good value for money.
Dated furniture. Furniture included the beds (without headboards!), the bed side tables and a place to hang the coats. Dated bed linen (clean but one had a hole on it). Too small beds. Smelly floor carpets. Dark room. We could listen to what the next door neighboors were saying at 7 o'clock in the morning.
Great location, close to everything especially Grand Place. Close to Christmas Markets which is what we came for mainly. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Situated on an attractive square and close to Central train station. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Would recommend it to anyone. Loved it.
Near in Brussels Central Train station, and walkable to the hotel..It is clean.. there is lift
Perfect location for central brussels. Room nice and warm especially as was so cold outside. Even though very central was very quiet inside hotel. No disturbances.
Whilst room was warm it didnt seem possible to reduce heating. Very cramped room for a double and not much wardrobe space in room we had. Breakfast was a bit dissappointing. Croissants did not appear to be very fresh.
the location, only 2 minutes walking to Grand Place but still quiet- Friendly staff - More than decent breakfast
Great location. Right in the middle of town near all the sights in the old town. Very comfortable and good value. Would recommend this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff Decent breakfast Good value for the money
rooms heading the street (market) are very noisy during the night, event at 3-4 am! It is not the hotel`s fault but the partying people in the street! bed quality was not ok for me, to soft mattress
