Bra centralt läge nära centrumkärnan och centralstation. Rymligt rum. Duger som övernattning tack vare jämförelsevis låga priser. Jag fick bra hjälp av portiern när det hade blivit problem med min bokning. Gick inte att stänga varken dörr eller fönster. Dörren gled upp och fönstret gick inte att stänga. Slitet, negånget, ganska ofräscht, lyhört, klen frukost. dubbla fjärrkontroller till TV/box. Ingen minibar på rummet. Labyrintgångar i hotellet för att komma till rummet. Läskig hiss. |

we had brand new room 104 on the first floor. It was excellent! It was better than a 4 star hotel. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well. Location was perfect - right next to Grand Palace and Central Station. We couldn't ask for more! |

The excellent location and the comfort for a reasonable price. The internet seemed not to work in the hotel room and the staff did not seem knowledgeable in how to fix or access the wifi. |

The location was ideal - literally steps away from the train station, Grande Place, shopping, restaurants. The room was unique - not a basic hotel room. The accomodations weren't plush or even above average, but the uniqeness of the room that we had made up for that. We only used the room for sleeping after a day of sightseeing, so we were fine with the basic necessities. The staff was very friendly and helpful (and all spoke some English, which was a great help!) The breakfast was included in the price and was quite good. I chose this hotel soley from internet research and really didn't know what we'd find when we arrived, but we were very happy with our choice. |

The room was recently renovated, spacious, all necessary conveniences (more than I expected), comfortable bed. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Excellent location, of course. |

It is located in the city centre, very close to Gare Station - easy to find and easy to go where ever you wish in Brussels from there we came to breakfast close to 10 (it is from 7 till 10) and it was very poor (but was ok) |

Very central, helpful staff that could understand English easily, well furnished and clean room. Hotel is quite modern and has an internet facility. Breakfast was also up to standard. |

Location - just a minute or two from Gare Central (not the Eurostar station which is at Gare Midi) and less than a minute from the Grand Place. Having stayed at the hotel a few times in the past the rooms are getting a little dated - but for one/two nights this is good 'basic' option for central Brussels. |

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The "sleeps 4" room(101 Volcano) was perfect for a famliy of 4 with a beautiful loft for the children giving some privacy and a very luxurious feel. It would also be very economical for two couples or 4 friends (as opposed to a hostel)...great price, location and the breakfast was a lovely way to start each day. Thanks for a wonderful holiday in Brussels. |

Good central location, close to the city center for cafes and tourist sites. Our room had neither a fan or air conditioning and was stuffy and warm. The center city square was very very noisy all night long, so don't expect a quiet restful location. Good for partiers. |

The location was ideal. Close to train station and city center. One of the staff was unfriendly & not helpful. He simply told us to look into the brochures when we asked him about the city tour bus. This is a no frills & no service hotel. We even had to come down to reception to get our towels. Our room on the 5th floor had a narrow entrance with steps inside and of an irregular shape. The T.V. took a while to work as you have to manage with 2 remote controls. And they only give you the remote controls if you ask for them. |

The room was not made up until we informed the person at the reception at around 4 PM. Moreover, when we asked him for clean towels his answer was "do you use clean towels at home everyday ?", the answer is no, but I do not pay 80 Euro per night to sleep in my bed either. |

I really like the staff, wich were helpfull and kind. The breakfast was also great! The localization is perfect, as well, the hotel is just a few steps far from the grand place!! Nothing, everything was good! |

The location is great. You can find everything very near the hotel (restaurants, cafes, Grand Place, central metro, etc.). Good price for what you get. The elevator was tiny and I did not feel very safe using it. |
