Friendly and helpful reception. Great breakfast. A plus is that you can warm or cook food (microwave) if you arrive late.
It was very friendly atmosphere.
The owner/manager is extremely nice and thoughtful. One feels very welcome!
Our host was very friendly and we were received with a lot of hospitality. The house had lovely Christmas decoration. Breakfast was nice.
We were miserably cold. The heater was lukewarm at best and there was no double glazing on the windows. The main road is not far and we could hear the noise if traffic. The house is 25 minutes' brisk walk from the centre of Bruges. We paid for 2 nights but decided to leave after the first, because we did not feel comfortable in the cold room (the air eas stuffy, there were patches of mould here and there in the wall). However, I'm sure it's nice in summertime.
The host Natascha was fantastic at passing on advice and very knowledgeable. The blue room bed was very comfortable. Very warm and a quiet area to stay.
The shower head needs fixing but this is a minor gripe.
Natasha is a wonderful hostess. She welcomed us and provided everything we needed to know about Bruges and the sights. We stayed in the blue room which had a private bathroom with shower and a big and comfy bed, clean and spacious. The breakfast was hearty and plentiful and served in a bright sun room surrounded by the garden. There is parking on the drive way, and the B&B is within walking distance into Bruges in a quiet neighborhood. We caught a Sunday open market just around the corner. We will definitely return to stay with Natasha again.
Nothing. Everything was perfect. The place is about a 10-15 min walk into Bruges. We had a car so it was not an issue for us.
Very quite location, warm hearted owner, cleaness and good breakfast.
The bed we had was a bit higher in the middle than the edges.
Hostess - Natasha - Excellent. Nothing too much for her to do to make your stay good. She has good knowledge of the locality. Breakfast delightful. Her mother's recipe for "scrambled" eggs - more like an open omlette with herbs. Just add meats and cheese to taste - yummy
You might think 2Km from City Centre is too far. But do not despair - Natasha will point out free car parking only a few hundred metres from centre
Location - 2 km from Brugge historical center, in a quiet place Natacha, the owner of the hotel, is such a nice person! warm, friendly, responsive, ready to help. She was so nice to pick бу up at the railway station and transfer to the hotel! Rooms design - all rooms have their own stylish design and decoration Very neat house and rooms Hair dryer, coffe, tea, milk, pot are 24 hrs available Good quality of breakfast
Friendly people, comfortable room, good breakfast.
Long way from the centre of town.
Friendly and very pleasant hostess. Small balcony allowed mixing with other guests. Good tea/coffee making facilities. Good location -- close enough to walk easily to City centre without getting lost.
Room/bathroom both on the small side. Towels rather rough.
The room style was really nice, the scrmbled eggs in the mornig, the silence at night.
Quiet location Close to motorway Friendly Good breakfast
Rather pricey (as Belgium tends to be)
Breakfast was good. Host very friendly, free parking.
Not very clean , room shabby
The quiet residential location was good with excellent public transport on doorstep Hostess Natascha was a mine of useful information and a very friendly hostess The breakfast was good. A nice room with a balcony at the front lovely to sit on. The free parking was a bonus. Parking rather dear in central Brugges. Would definitely reccomend both Brugges & this hotel.
Lovely host, nice location, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area
We had loads of information from Natasha on things to do in Bruges, where to eat,bus times etc.Our room was delightful and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast in the conservatory. She is a charming hostess.
The location was excellent, and the room was lovely with an adjoining balcony. Natasha was a wonderful hostess who made sure we were happy with our stay. She shared information about visiting the lovely city of Bruges, and helped us find the best parking places, and offered advice on restaurants and places to eat. We would love to stay there again!
The breakfast room is lovely.
No common area to lounge. Tiny shower.
Our last words.... Every Thing Perfect!
Had a one night stay . Wish we could stay for another 3-4 days????

The facilties were just what I needed. The host was warm and friendly and willing to help in every way. Breakfast was great. Approximately 1/2 hour walking distance to the old city.
