Ubicación, bonito edificio, servicio de te/café, calefacción independiente en la habitación, tener una llave única y poder entrar y salir sin más, buen desayuno. Limpio, agradable. Acceso a internet, guias turisticas, préstamo de paraguas. Bonito patio interior. Excesivas escaleras, altas y estrechas. Habitación doble algo pequeña, camas unidas que se separaban, sin nevera. Escaleras de subida 4 peldaños sobre nivel de la habitación, el último tramo detrás de una puerta con retorno automático: para el carrito, una carrera de obstáculos. El recepcionista muy amable y sonriente, pero hubiera agradecido nos ayudara a subir el equipaje y el carrito. |

Free Loan of umbrellas, breakfast room excellent, breakfast good, free internet plastic cups in room, lack of storage for soap ietc in shower, room could benefit from a weekly deep clean, eg inside of cupboards, TV screen, light fittings. |

Hotel front door key so easy access at all times. Excellent position near to Burg. 2nd time we have stayed here and would do so again. Rather noisy children (guests) up very early in the morning, sound carries, but only affected us one night. |

I did not appreciate the number of stairs involved. We were on the 2nd floor and breakfast was served in the 'cellar'. |

La cercanía al centro y la Gran Plaza, en el mismo centro de Brujas. El hotel es una casa antigua reconvertida en hotel, limpia, renovada y con cierto gusto antiguo, entrañable y autóctono sin estridencias antiguas. El desayuno está incluido, en la bodega, bien acondicionado y agradable. El único defecto que no tiene ascensor, por lo que subir las maletas por la escalera cuesta un poco. Pero el resto del hotel lo compensa totalmente. |

Hotel ligt in het centrum. Hotel ziet er netjes uit. Onze kamer was erg warm. (bovenste kamer) Er was geen airco. Als het raam open stond had je wel veel last van het verkeer. Het was dan wel lawaaierig. |
