1. location good. 2. Staff friendly and helpful.
1. room/bed smelled of cigarette smoke. 2. neighbouring room was noisy until very late (4am) one night.
The fact that I had an openable window was a good point.
No very happy about the breakfast offered. It was very basic, just toast or buns and some cheese slices and ham slices on trays and thats it. Coffee and tea was available along with two choices of juice and some prepacked jam. But it was very limited.
If it were not for the breakfast, the Hotel would be a good choice in the lower Budget Segment.
The breakfast is very poor - no muesli, no eggs, no ham.....bad coffee
poor internet connection even for 5 euro per day, poor shower, no bath tube that was advertised on the room description, poor breakfast,
Low cost Soft Bed Few customers
Showerhead should be renewed Breakfast started late
The Building is very good (i.e. the breakfast room), but it is not modernised to become all clean and comfortable. I know that it needs a big Investment, but it will pay off. I easily will pay 30-40 euro more for a good hotel room there.
Location, price, helpful staff
Bathroom not as pictured, shower sucked.
Close to my work, close to main centre
Wifi on ground floor
Everything the rooms were stinking the staff were like walking dead at reception just grunted at you. Sold me wifi that did not work. Breakfast was a joke. I had to leave the hotel and go walking just to get out of the hell hole and get air. There were prostitutes walking around the floors and traps walking around. The rooms were in bits the door was broke and lumps gone out of it. Felt so unsafe in this hotel. I had to sleep in a hoodie and fully dressed on the chair due to stains all over the bed. I wanted to leave but couldn't get a REFUND. We always use booking.com for work all the time every few weeks for weeks on end But after this it questions whether to book through booking.com again. Felt like a prisoner in the place.
Bathroom out of order (Toilets included). Breakfast = nightmare
Location, ease of access to city
1. Flush wouldn't work 2. No heating at all! The rooms were very cold, staff showed helplessness when complained. 3. Hotel staff (for the night check-in) not as friendly as i had hoped. 4. Absolutely not worth the price. Hostels are cleaner, roomier and than this hotel. 5. Breakfast was of poor quality. Would have to ask refund really!! Please remove this hotel from booking.com list, Its a disgrace
The location is very excellent
I think it the bathtub in the bathroom should have curtain or rag or drape So that water does not come out on the floor of the bathroom while taking a shower
Location was ok once found.
Staff not welcoming. Old fashioned tv: no remote control: has to get out of bed to he able to change the tv channel. Will not book again at this hotel.
The only good thing I can say is that the beds were comfortable.
Toilet not clean. Shower head stuck in one direction - toward the bath end - so impossible to have a shower unless you held the thing yourself. Mould on some of the grout between tiles. Wardrobe door would not shut properly so when I got up during the night I walked into it and banged my head. Breakfast from 8 til 10 am. We went down at 9am. There were rolls, brown bread, marmalade, salami and processed cheese slices. I personally do not call that a continental breakfast. Coffee and tea was warm, not hot. No remote for the TV. No facilities to make or get tea or coffee.
The location is excellent and the staff was very kind.
The condition of the furniture and the equipments in the room was rather poor.
A cheapish hotel in the slightly murky part of Brussels. Clean but worn out. Good views from top floods to city skyline
A tiny hotel at a perfect location. Excellent for city explorer who will not spend their time in the room.
TV didn't work, heating was turned off, tepid water in the shower, light fittings falling off, electricity distribution box open and dangerous. Old lift without any guard. Breakfast : coffee tastes like water, hardly any choice.
Handing back my room key
Where do I start?
Room has new white sheets, towels, curtains. Location was better than expected, easy to find. Hotel was just what I was looking for. Old stylish and nice memory that still such hotels exist.
Location - Ubicacion
Dirty / Sucio Breakfast poor with cool coffee and broken cups / Desayuno pobre con café frio y tarzas rotas y manchadas
The architecture of the hotel. Spacious bathroom.
Very outdated. Everything is dirty - the carpets, blankets. Gladly I had the balcony so I was able to have some fresh air as the smell of the bad cigarettes is everywhere. Bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible, undrinkable coffee and juices, no water and the plastic cheese. No shower gel and bath curtains in the bathroom. Free WIFI only in the lobby.
Every floor smells like cigarettes. It was so loud. Tons of young teenagers drinking and yelling all night. The rooms are probably haunted. WAY OVERPRICED. Definitely something out of a horror movie
Location was ok. Stayed for 4 nights. Free wifi, but only in the lobby. Friendly staff in the lobby.
The first room I was offered was cramped and dirty, old analogue tv didnt work. The room I stayed in had a balcony, but was still not the cleanest and the bathroom was shabby with some mould on the walls. Old tv no remote. Paid Wifi not working in this room. Breakfast was bread, spreads, sliced salami, and plastic cheese. Lady in the dining room a bit rude.
