Staff were extremely helpful Room was nice

Limited lift access and no bellhops Half the hotel seems to have been renovated, and while the renovated room was lovely, the old one was very run down

It was very clean.

It was very expensive for one night stay. Also the room was a little noisy - could hear the people in the room above walking around a lot.

Staff was very friendly and shared knowledge on my questions.

I wanted a balcony but did not have one.

It is a very nice little hotel; cozy, relaxing and classy in the old style. Located a bit (500m) away from the notorious Avenue Louise. Wi-fi works well and the bed was really great.

Beware that there are sections without elevator - but easy to book area with one

The hotel is stunning and the room was lovely. Room service was fast.

The lady I dealt with on reception was very direct. She had made two mistakes and she refused to acknowledge this blaming me instead. I didnt argue or make a point of this, but went back and double checked the email I had received from her and I was in the right. To be honest, if I was or wasnt, she handled this very badly and was quite offensive. Then I needed to get a taxi, but because it was a religious holiday they were not able to get me a taxi. This is not their fault, however, I had known this may be the case so had called down an hour before I needed to leave and asked if they had any problems booking me one to call back - they didnt bother and waited until I arrived in reception to tell me there was no taxis. They had only called two companies. I was dealing with a helpful gentlemen who suggested public transport or how I could walk there. After 20 mins of talking and me calling other cab companies, I decided to walk and there were 3 taxis outside! I had room service twice and the lunch was amazing but the dinner was very poor. However when I had called down to order lunch I was told I would have to wait two hours as the Chef wasnt around. I kept questioning and after a while was told i could have a toasted sandwhich which was all i wanted (and it was very nice). I would never go back to this hotel and I think a lot of the basics I would expect are missing here.

Beautiful distinctive individually owned hotel. I happen to hate chain hotels finding them depressing. This hotel is filled with beautiful antiques chosen with care---kind of Louis IV style---spotlessly clean, quiet room, garden view, huge skylight in restaurant. I will continue to support hotels like this and would love to stay there again. Again, very distinctive.

Close to City. Old but well decorated.

We stayed in room 41 which had a large balcony overlooking the conservatory and garden. A lovely and peaceful setting particularly if the weather was warm and sunny which it was during our stay - balcony good spot with lounger and table and 2 chairs. Only shower in bathroom but not a problem. Dining room very elegant with an excellent breakfast spread which you helped yourself with coffee and tea served. We travelled by car and used parking facility across the road - quite tight if you have a wide car but manageable and very handy. Receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Overall highly recommended for a stay in Brussels.

It was a beautiful hotel, located in the center of the city! It was very close to many Monumental Sites in the city and very close to the shopping centers which were plentiful in the city.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel de l'hôtel. Je devrais même dire des hôtels car au départ je devais loger au Manos Premier mais suite à une erreur au niveau des réservations, cet hôtel s'est avéré être complet lors de mon arrivée. Mon séjour aurait pu assez mal se dérouler mais directement la bienveillance du personnel du Manos Premier me réconforte en me trouvant directement une solution au sein du Manos Stéphanie situé à quelques centaines de mètres seulement de là. Là aussi chambre confortable et accueil irréprochable tant pour l'aide apportée que par la gentillesse de l'accueil.

Belle chambre même si un peu petite pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.....très jolie salle à manger...copieux ptit déjeuner un peu cher toutefois...accueil parfait.

Pas de baignoire dans une salle de bains un peu exiguë ...

Inrichting van het hotel

Kamer was veel te heet zelfs nadat wede verwarming op 16C hadden gezet. Alle twee problemen gehad met het eten!
