I got a great deal for the room. I stayed at a single suite (which was in two floors) for a very reasonable price. The rooms was spacious, quite and clean. Awesome breakfast, great coffee and both lovely delicacies and healthy options available. There were also many restaurants close to the hotel and it was close to the subway line I needed. I can totally recommend the hotel.

Location good. We thought however that the hotel we booked is a bit further in the same street where restaurant Kolya is located. But that is another Manos Stephanie. We believe the site should have mentioned that. Our hotel didn't have a restaurant. Rooms are large and clean. We asked for bath slippers but haven't received those, as promised. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom needs some renovation. Quiet location. We slept well. A bit overpriced. The price fits more the other Manos Stephanie in the same street, because it offers a restaurant.

A beautiful hotel, the room was excellent, however the outstanding feature from the second we arrived, was the staff. They were amazing, spoke English of course, they were courteous, helpful, at times pre- emptied your needs, absolutely nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to make our stay exceptionally memorable. This extended right through the hotel from the front desk, both day and night, the young man who saw to our luggage, the men in the restaurant could not have been more attentive and also the young lady who lookd after our room so beautifully attending to every detail. Despite the rain, which never stopped for 2 days and nights we had a really super stay at Manos Stephanie, Thank you.

Well-appointed hotel, nicely decorated and the public areas and breakfast room clean and tidy. Good choice of continental style breakfast foods. Relatively central with good public transport links. Helpful desk staff. Powerful shower with lots of hot water but not free standing. Large rooms with plenty of storage space; old but tastefully decorated. Hot food at breakfast not replenished quickly enough or sometimes not at all. Small lifts. Overpowering tobacco smell in corridor outside our room. Traffic noise intrusive on street facing rooms if window slightly open. No tea and coffee making facilities provided. No DVD or decent radio. (No radio channels on television) Any recommendation would depend on the age profile of travellers and purpose of the trip. Not one for the young!

Although located in a busy street our room was located at the rear and thus very quiet. Not possible to park in front of the hotel to offload luggage but not too far from public parking.

The Manos Stephanie is a lovely hotel and run by the most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They really made us feel welcome and took the time to talk to us. We had asked for a quiet room and got one that was ideal. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was very nice and there was enough choice for what we wanted. Would definitely recommend! Nothing really, although tea and coffee in the room would have been nice but not a big problem.

The hotel staff was helpful regarding directions for shopping & dining, the breakfast selection was good and decent in taste. This hotel does not deserve a 4 star rating. The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were very old and the linens were old & tattered. The carpet was old & worn and the window coverings were old as well. The bath tub and faucets were old and a bit dirty in appearance. The sinks are in need of clearing, they did not drain well.

Attractive decor, spacious rooms. Lovely covered courtyard for breakfasts and good selection in breakfast buffet. The rack rate is very expensive, but got a very good rate via Booking.com making it excellent value for money. Location good for Avenue Louise shops and not far from Metro and tram stops for rest of city. A good 20 min. Walk to Grande Place.

Good compromise between location, standard and value for money. Internet connection didn't work easily but that could possibly have been my computer and there was not a great selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Friendly and efficient staff (they speak many foreign languages), great location. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a very good experience and certainly will consider the hotel next time we go to Brussels.

Only stayed one night but seemd to be a fine hotel - all services as one would expect. Reception staff were very helpful - even 'negotiating' for me to share a taxi with another guest because of taxi delays in the city Room was quite cold & I couldn't figure out the heating / radiator

The staff at reception were friendly and gave us a good belgian restaurant recommendation for our first night, though we didn't actually end up going there!. The room was huge and luxurious. Paintings on the walls, towelling dressing gowns and comfy beds. The hotel is within a short walk of avenue Louise metro, just off the main shopping street, but quiet all the same. A few doors down from the hotel is the excellent Paul bakery....

The staff is excellent, and the location is very convenient (near the Place Louise) with many good restaurants nearby and shopping options. The metro is near as well. Compared to the Manos Premier just up the street, I found the breakfast buffet, while adequate, to be inferior in it's range of items, and the Premier has a much more charming breakfast area with a nice lounge in the back of the room for conducting business meetings. I also missed the restaurant and bar of the Premier, as well as the workout facilities (I believe you have access though if you stay at the Stephanie, but you have to walk outside for a couple blocks).
