Everything about the hotel was excellent. All our requirements were met. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The stuff is very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is well located with lots of luxury shops, various restaurants and good public transit connections close by. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well with variety of choices for everyone. Enjoyed a good night sleep with no noises coming from neighbours.

Cleaning people ignored do not disturb sign, made a lot of noise. Breakfast hot items were cold. Bar was unattended. Spa was unattended.

Poor quality of the matress and the pillows. I think they need to be changed ASAP because they are really old and too hard.

Helpfulness of staff. Location. Value for money. My friend and I travel in winter because of rates: excellent value. Walked to restaurants, all kinds of stores - high end shopping if one desires, 2-3 blocks to tram, little more to metro. Tram takes you anywhere.

Nothing- oh. 20 Euro continental breakfast but don't have to eat there. Little shops all over on streets for that at much less cost.

The hotel made with the idea of luxury oldstyle provance.

Oldstyle is so natural not because the hotel trying to make it but because it's realy old. The materials especially in bathrooms should renew. It's not bad but it should to be renewed. The location is very nice for shoppers but for see-sights its about 25 min walk to the center.

Clean rooms with atmosphere, good shower. Breakfast was pleasant. Good parking facilities, although (as usual) at a high price. Shopping close by, museum quarter within walking distance, as is the Grand Place if you like a good walk like we do.

Coffee and tea making facilities would be nice.

The internet signal was weak in the hotel room.

Location is good, nice and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The internet signal was not strong. Limited facilities provided e.g. kettle, coffee or any other hot drinks, disposable toothbrush etc. Something that we would expect in a 4 star hotel.

We booked the wrong dates, which we did not realise before arrriving. The hotel was fully booked, but found a room for us at their sisterhotel nearby without extra costs! Very good service and very nice staff!

we asked for a twin room, we got a room with one king size bed.

Comfort, great breakfast, hard mattress (I love hard mattresses!) great choice on the television including BBCs 1 and 2, great fast flowing water from the taps so bath fills quickly, friendly knowledgable staff with dry senses of humour(!).

We would have liked a tea / coffee facility in the rooms. There were none.

It is a nice little Hotel in a good location and I got a good price for it.

the hotel was wonderful, the staff where very friendly and very helpful, the rooms where clean and tidy, everything was as you would want to to be but cheaper.

The staff and the hotel itself was wonderful. it was clean and very comfortable so was very pleased all round........

A little bit too far from the centre of Brussels but if you like walking its fine........

Very gentle staff with lots of Portuguese speaking employees. Great breakfast.

Twin beds room was beautiful and very good size but shame there are no tea/coffee machine as we are happy.

Little disppointment about some of breakfast was running out because we are start at 8.30am.
