Convenient Location Twin beds are made up as a double bed - one single cover for 2 beds. Breakfast at weekend was a bit of a scrum and eating area was a bit removed from where the food is served. |

It was central pleasantly quirkey and quite comfortable We booked a non smoking room but the first room smelt of stale smoke. The second room shown had no functioning airconditioning. We had to argue to get an upgrade to a room of a satisfactory standard. |

Clean throughout, large bed, well equipped room and a superb bath and shower room, one of the best I have been in. A very good breakfast and the hotel was fairly central for Brussels. The hotel was obviously newly renovated and was very well decorated. Staff were great. There was only one entrance and exit to the breakfast room, all the other exits had been locked so as to stop people who had not paid from coming in. It seemed as if this could contravene fire regulations and I didn't feel too comfortable about it particularly as the room was full to capacity with people waiting for tables. After mentioning it they did unlock one door and being good weather we took our breakfasts outside and enjoyed it on the tables in the street! |

The hotel was extremely comfortable, We could not fault the breakfast. The location ( 10 minutes walk from Grand Place) was ideal for exploring Brussels. Our only complaint was with the electronic key card and access to the lift, This was extremely frustrating as it failed repeatedly, even after exchanging the key at the desk. On arrival the desk staff did not mention that the use of the key was necessary to operate the lift. |

The room we booked with Booking.com was of a good standard and was good value. On another occasion our room was not so good: they obviously vary in quality. The air conditioning was inefficient. The location is not all that central and there is little of interest in the vicinity. |

The lobby was a work of art, with an Alice in Wonderland feel. The shower was excellent and the proximity to shopping and the city-sights was convenient. Tasty breakfast. It was rather difficult to find our room, but we like adventures, so it was a good challenge! |

The hotel is cosy and elegant. The rooms are large, quite, modern. The breakfast is variously. However, at the last floor the noise from the ventilation is not confortable. Maby the check-in would be earlier than 15 o'clock. |
