I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this last time there were two things that I have to share. Firstly the bathrobe seemed to have been used already and secondly it was really freezing in the room. I asked the next day to repair the heating and then it was OK, but because of this experience I caught a flu. |

Nice hotel in a convenient position (Rogiers) Not liked that I had to wait for my room to be prepared until 15:00, but I can understand that this can happen if the hotel was quite full.. |

Checking out! Our room was not ready as we arrived early.They offered us a simular room which was ready, but it was not simular at all, we had booked a double room & put a note on the booking that the room must have a double bed & not two single beds! Our simular room had two single beds. I asked to be moved & we agree to wait until the other room was ready, which was fine. The room was freezing and stank of smoke (we are non smokers & my girlfriend has asthma). I complained about the cold but they did nothing! |

Great location, helpful staff, best breakfast selection I had ever. Very stylish interior. Our room had both shower and bath tub which was a nice suprise. Our room was most probably occupied by a smoker previously and could not be cleaned completely so it was a bit smelly, it was weird when we entered the room, but the smell was not a problem later. The internet access was quite expensive but this applies to all hotels in Brussels. |

Central location. Large room. New and modern equipment Only Belgian/Dutch/French TV channels. Small breakfast room, too few tables. Modest breakfast. High price. |

I stayed only for one night, but I got a very good deal (almost half of the official) for a deluxe room. breakfast could have been better for a 4star hotel |

Very nice hotel Better staff may be employed. One of them even didn't know how to cancel credit card payment. They are so young and unexperienced.But in general hotel is very nice when we compare with the peers. |

Pleasant atmosphere, huge and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, excellent staff. Tea, coffe machine in the room (nice suprice for 4 star hotel)....I loved this hotel. No curtains on bath-tub, no pictures on the wall in the room |

Hotel is relatively close to grand place 15-20 minutes walk, clean, good for short stay in town, touring, cold atmosphered not warm, reception ok, not warm. No lobby for having coffee etc, reception ok but not warm |

Hotel was close to shopping street and good starting point for tourist city tour. Was clean and room was nice. Windows of my room was old and noise from near church bells are too loud early in the morning |

Very interesting design, good location, big room, very good value for the money; excellent breakfast; very quiet room - no noise from the corridors they should put a wash-hand basin in the toilet which was too far from the bathroom |

Very comfortable hotel, nice and clean room. The staff very helpfull. Good breakfest. Most of monuments and museums situated near the hotel -we didn't use metro. The area near hotel - much of shops, shoppingcenters, restaurant. Not far to bus, metro( 2 min.) |

The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a good and ample selection. Our room was lovely and quiet, although we weren't facing the street, which may be noisier. |

The location, the breakfast and the room, very spacious. Anyway, the views from the window were a disaster (a wall). I didn't like the timetable for the check in, incredibly at 15:30 p.m. and the views of the room as I said before. |
