Everything from start to finish was just perfect, the rom was vast and very comfortable. The bed was great, breakfast was superb.
The weather in Brussels, but that wasn't the fault of this fabulous hotel.
Loved the staff and the fact that it was so central.
No parking facilities
Wel-equipped rooms and at very close to city's centre
Extra cost for coffee "(apart from filter coffee) at brekafast
The location - close to metro and shopping area and city2 shopping centre. We arrived 5 hours earlier than our check in and Mark very kindly went out of his way to accommodate us. The rest of the staff were very helpful too.
The w-fi very intermittent, kept losing connection. Towels could be upgraded
Room was breathtaking, everything clean and to a very high standard, bed was massive and really comfy. The attached restaurant was lovely too, really delicious food, and great service
Location and nice room.
Wi-Fi. Always have to login when entering room.
The room was up to date, great decor, modern and expensive looking bathroom
Could not get wifi but did not try too hard
We were travelling with our 2,5 year old and we had a huge room with a sitting area. I have never stayed in such a large room in Europe. The breakfast, at a €15 cost was excellent. The staff was friendly; they even found us a pediatrician within walking distance that we consulted without an appointment. We stayed for 8 days and we were very happy.
Connecting to wi-fi with a phone was a pain because u had to put in login information everytime u stopped actively using the internet and the signal was weak. The shower water pressure was quite weak.
Excellent valet parking, nice rooms
Location a liitle far from most sites
Location close to Rogier station and within walking distance of Grand Place, Staff very friendly and good service.
The building is a bit of a labyrinth.
The hotel is quite modern and cozy, staff are professional.
We have to link every time we want to use our device to use the internet. There's water almost drowned the entire floor.
Large room with a very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet, or at least it was on the night we were there. We did not use any of the facilities in the hotel so am unable to comment.
The finish in the bathroom could be better. There was no extractor so the room steamed up easily. There was a bit of paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom. In a good central location although there are a few sex shops on the same street which may put off some people although we felt quite safe and it didn't bother us.
Our room was very large, spacious and well equipped with settee and coffee table. The room was quiet despite overlooking the road. The hotel is close to the metro and not too far from the Grand Place and other tourist attractions. The hotel bar is very comfortable with normal bar prices.
For the price - no complaints!
Excellent staff, friendly, professional, courteous and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean, a comfortable bed, and very quiet. A beautiful bathroom with separate shower, deep bath and robes. Complimentary toiletries and mini bar with coffee/tea facilities left you wanting for nothing, and if you did need anything the reception staff were only a phone call away. We ate in the restaurant and again the staff were so friendly and the food so good. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for all tastes. We would have no doubt in recommending this hotel to friends and family.
The hotel was well placed for tourist attractions and also mainline station and underground, the only thing I would warn travelers about and this is no reflection on the hotel, but if travelling with children there are a couple of "Adult Shops" either way you approach the hotel, so be prepared for what could be awkward questions.
The staff was extra friendly and helpful. Our room was like a suite room with a shower and a seperare bath tub. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The hotel is very classy and professional looking.
comfortable bed clean room good location
wifi signal was weak at 5th floor
Service was excellent. Greeted warmly and professionally and, immediately felt comfortable. The rooms are elegant and the hot shower fantastic. Great breakfast with a wonderful variety. Very helpful staff.
Room was small but comfortable and clean.
Wifi was and off and on proposition. Food in the restaurant attached to the hotel was the horrible.
Staff friendly, hotel with good comfort, location close to everything. Wi-fi with great speed. All in all, very comfortable for the price (considering the other options for hotels in the Rogier area). Minibar with fair prices. Comfortable sleep.
My room was not easy to access the first time, and I had to have the staff to show me the way to it. It needed a walk with some steps up and down in a narrow corridor, which was hard as I was carrying a heave suitcase. My room had power plugs, but not on the working desk.
The quality and cleanliness of the hotel are excellent. It's close to one of the most important shopping streets in Brussels, we had a street side room which was quiet enough.
Tea and coffee making facility in the room. Very comfortable beds. Very effective soundproofing.
Not very far to walk to the main square. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Lighting in bedroom not brilliant, obviously a man's design as they never think about women applying make-up! Also a long length mirror would have been nice to have.
Room location and the staff.
Suggest that the bath towels could be more luxurious.
I stayed there one night before I stayed in Sheraton Brussels. The lobby is clean and the staff is kind even compared with the Sheraton Brussels where I stayed. I arrived early morning and asked if I could do early check-in. A room was not available, however the staff provided me a wifi code and I could plan a quick trip during a day.
A room was cold a bit. The floor I stayed, Hichicock is mixed with their conference room and rooms. I had to step stairs with heavy luggages. It was such a pain. And Hichicock might be a great director but did not sound comfortable to a hotel guest who stayed at Hichicock floor all night..!
Proximity to main attractions, awesome staff
Confusing to get to room, many lifts
