Rooms were fabulous and the breakfast buffet had everything to offer what we expected. The location is perfect and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Brugge.

The staff is very kind and smily, answer all my questions very polite. A better bathroom, the shower was not good enough, short space and old. I prefer with a bath. The room did not match the photo, I saw during the reservation.

The location was fantastic and the rooms were simple but comfortable and reasonably sized. Breakfast was surprisingly good too! The bathroom/toilet did feel a bit small and not unlike those on a ship or train..

I loved the location, ambience, cleanliness and the good was excellent The reception staff were poor! They were easily confused, refused to split our bill in half so I could pay half on my card and my mother pay half in cash, forgot to give my friend a receipt, gave us the wrong keys, gave me wrong information when I asked for directions......!

The room was clean. The location was good. The staff was everything but professional. We didn't get the feeling to be welcome. We booked via booking. com, but since we didn't print the mail we had to wait about 20 minutes till we got our room. It's the digital century so we didn't expect it to be a problem not printing the mail. Ridiculous was also the behavior of the staff in the breakfast room. One of the staff was making her own plate from the buffet, was walking around barefoot and was piking some food with her hands from the buffet when she was walking by, putting it in her mouth straight away. When she heard a good number on the radio she turned it up, so we felt like being at a disco. When we payed at the end, there was no 'thank you for your staying', no questions if we liked it and so on. It felt like there was a big lack of professionalism and a manager. Another negative point is that the bed's where two single beds, even though it was a Deluxe Dubble Room. If you come with your partner it is not possible to sleep close to each other.

The hotel offers good rooms, that are very comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic! The bathroom. It is one of those plastic boxes adapted into the room: small and uncomfortable.

We were very well welcomed. The bedroom was nice. Its location is very good. We did not like the bathroom, it was little and toilets were inside. The last morning, the breakfeast was catastrofic, not available table, nothing to eat and there was only one server really overworked.

It was adequately furnished and it's location is good Maybe should be renamed as Fawlty Towers. Breakfast was a disaster with more than enought tables for all the guests but nobody cleared them so you had the situation with guests having to sit around outside for 10 mins while the restaurant was practically emptywith one staff member wandering around in circles taking about 5 mins to clear and lay a table - then the electric went and no-one knew how to fix it. Then the food ran out, there was no tea or coffee or means to make toast or anything. Also, the rooms were very noisy with a big club next door and people standing around till the early hours outside drinking.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Close to the city centre. The hotel is situated on 't Zand, very close to three or four cafés where young people meet: there is loud music and talking (sometimes fighting between drunken people) until very late at night. Our room was on the side of 't Zand and it was impossible to sleep with the window open. You should require a room on the back side.

Great location near bustling square but double glazing kept noise down at night. Seen as we stayed for three nights, things like a mini fridge for the room and towel hooks in bathroom would have made it a little more comfortable.

The only positive thing is that the hotel is central. For the rest leaves much to be desired. The rooms are very poor. At night you can not sleep because in the square there are several clubs that make so much noise until 2 am. Rooms old and obsolete. Which are not soundproofed. A nightclub next door which turns off the music at 2 am. Bad We recommend you not to go. Camere vecchie ed obsolete. Che non sono insonorizzate. Una discoteca di fianco all'hotel la quale spegne la musica alle 2 di notte.Pessimo Hotel vi consiglio di non andarci.
