Nice modern rooms - good value for money. Nice breakfast & Free parking No one at reception desk on arrival - took a while before somebody showed up. While booking this hotel, one can not see if room has 1 double bed, or 2 separate beds - no choice possible. |

Very good beds/matresses. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location centrally in Waterloo. Good value for money if you get the best rates e.g. with brakfast included. No good lighting above/at bathroom mirror making it unsuitable for shaving. It would not hurt the receptionists to look up at you and utter a friendly "good morning" when you pass by at breakfast time. Very large and hard pillows in the beds. No smaller or softer pillows were available - not even for children. Coffee vending machines did not provide a 'no sugar option', even though there was a button for this purpose - it had no effect. |

Well located for the battlefield sites at Waterloo. Nicely designed rooms with safe, refridgerator and great showers. Supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Good restaurant in the hotel with an interesting menu (and especially delicious desserts!). No tea/coffee making facility in rooms (though there was a vending machine for hot drinks/hot water at 1.50 euros per cup). |
