Breakfast was amazing...and stay was confortable with no disturbances due to city traffic etc. Hotel fare charged to me was 80EUROs when I stayed 7 nights and it was said it is guarenteed the lowest. But the same room was given to some one else for 70 euros that too just for one night. Two days I was charged (doubled)180 euros a day. Which means average daily rate came to around 100euros as against 70EUROs that was given to some one else for one night as against my 7 nights. This was heart breaking. |

Location close to Waterloo Office park. Nice architecture outside, and inside especially the restaurant. We chose the hotel because of location and because they offered a favorable weekend rate. |

The room was good - clean and well appointed. Reception Staff very helpful.The hotel is well situated for stroll to Waterloo & a short dive to the Butte de Lion Unfortunately both the bar and the restaurant were closed to the public on the night we were there so we could not dine in the hotel or have a night-cap when we returned from dining outside |

The ambiete, especially in the restaurant, parking for 1 eur I was disappointed by the minibar. Several drinks were overdue, chocolate one month to due date: looking distusting...that is very disappointing for a hotel in such a category |

big and comfortable beds in the rooms and delicious breakfast we gave our bank account number as a garantie and we paied the amount by cash but they blocked an exact amount of money on my account which has still not been unblocked.. takes a long time.. |

Good food and personnel was friendly.Room ok. Reception personnel still not very friendly and language capabilities can improve. Asked room near elevator and non-smoking. Received a room behind the restaurant, because the hotel was "overbooked"!Room itself is fine. Stairs not handy for your luggage, not very wheelchair friendly. |

Hotel room was fine. Food in restaurant for dinner good. Room fine. Personnel I met during breakfast only speaks French! Language capability of reception personnel not good, one only spoke French, the other one supposed to speak Dutch but very poor. Asked for a non smoking room near the elevator. Got a room at the other end of the building! Asked for another room, but it took about 20 minutes to make that change. Fitness facilities not very good. |

The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff seemed fine and helpful. Not much in the way of public transport. Beds very hard for my liking, but my partner had no problems with the beds. |

Very exclusive and enjoyable hotel. Good for access to the Brussels airport which was our main reason for the stay. The jaccuzi bath was relaxing and the bbc tv channels also helped to entertain the teenagers. The bed was very hard - really very hard and the quilt did not cover the entire bed. However, this was a minor niggle more than compensated for by the rest of the room! |

The bar is very nice and cozy. Nazir, the bar tender is so friendly and makes the place feel special. Not a big deal, but housekeeping seems a bit slow. |
