Its Location is perfect, Rooms are nice and Clean, Great Happy hour.

No Car Parking

locate in the city centre...belfort. Breakfast is valuable and much choice. Room is clean & tidy

no lock in luggage store room, anyone can get into it

we only stop for one night and we think that the location was perfect for visiting the city.

the car park was very convenient but also very expensive and there is no mention of it on the web site.

I arrived exhausted to Brugge after having traveled a very long distance by train with heavy luggage. My first hotel, De Markies, turned out to be terrible, undergoing remodeling throughout and with unprofessional young men manning the reception process. My room, while just okay, turned out to be horrible because I could hear dreadful discoteque type music straight through all the walls of my room! I had read that Brugge was one of the best cities to sleep in, quiet and comfortable, so I was very unhappy with my first hotel. I checked out right then and there, and felt very fortunate to have found that Martin's Brugge on the internet still had an available room at nearing midnight! I took it and had a good night's sleep at Martin's!

This hotel took me in at nearing midnight with no where else for me to stay, but there had been a large crib left in my room, and the room itself felt sort of dark. I also felt that anyone could have stolen my luggage from the luggage room, as guests did not have to deal with a lock. Some of the receptionists could have been friendlier to me. However the hotel location is excellent, right behind the central market area, convenient, though not too scenic hidden behind old buildings. It took forever to wait for taxi service at this hotel, but if you want a good hotel room and are not too picky, this hotel is fine. I was on the 4th floor, so I assume this would be quieter than what other guests have posted on their reviews. Bleh, brown colors

In the middle of the city of Bruge

Tv screen was very small, check-in time was late (from 3.30 pm), plastic cups instead of glassware in the room, no double glazing of the windows hence streetnoise, fairly small rooms (though acceptable)

Everything was perfect! I loved this hotel, it is great value for money. Clean, comfortable, well-decorated rooms with air conditioner. Great location and helpful staff. I will stay there again!

The breakfast was not included and it was very expensive, but I guess that's in most hotels now a days.

Location was perect parking provided was ideal if expensive rooms were comfortable and cleangood breakfast.

Breakfast started a bit late for us

Fantastic central location with easy access to all tourist attractions and shops, restaurants and cafes. Rooms were ideal for a short break and staff were all very friendly and multi-lingual. Breakfast was very good.

Clean, spacious and the most comfortable beds ever.

Staff were distant and verging on unhelpful. Room was noisy as faced a courtyard where there was a party going on.

Really lovely hotel in superb location. Happy hour in bar ace because otherwise would have been expensive.

No kettle / tea & coffee in the room. Not unusual in our experience but still would have been really handy! Oh and the parking was really expensive.

the picture of the room i booked online looked nothing like the actual room i stayed in. the room i thought i booked was fairly large and had a chair to sit on. the room i got was cramped with no chair except at a desk. otherwise the location was great, the staff was knowledgable anfd the breakfast we had was very nice.
