The location excellent, rooms very comfortable, price reasonable. Our car was too big to fit in the car park, didnt find this out until we tried to park! Hotel staff told us of an underground secure carpark only a few mins away, and at 8.70 euros much better than 24 euros at hotel.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from Markt and Burg. Great location and comfortable rooms. No free wi-fi provided in rooms. However, there is a shared computer at lobby.

Small hotel right in the centre of this lovely little town. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Great for overnight stay while travelling around Brussels. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Underground parking a definite bonus albeit slightly expensive. Good room sizes with very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast choice! Only one small thing - you pay €15 to use the wifi for a day (not too bad) but it will only let you connect one device. There were two of us with a phone each and an iPad but because I had connected my phone first we couldnt connect the others unless we bought another voucher.

The hotel is in an excellent location, behind the main square but our room was quiet. The room was on the small side, but clean and with good bathroom facilities. No coffee/ tea making facilties. Hotel car park is convenient. We asked for a lightweight blanket to replace the quilts, which were too hot. Hotel staff very polite about this, but no blanket arrived.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the city centre. The room was very comfortable and clean. Although the breakfast (not included in the price) was quite expensive, it was excellent. No tea/coffe facilities in the room or in the lobby

Excellent staff and location! Convenient to bus stop in the center of town.We had 3 rooms and all were comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked great! Plenty of elevators and room in the lobby to gather. Will defiantly recommend and stay again!!! Expensive breakfast. Would like the option of having just coffee, possibly even in room.

Location was perfect. No tea or coffee facilities. Wifi €5 per hour, parking €25 per day and breakfast €17 - so very expensive for 3 stars on top of 155€ per night.

Excellent location for the city centre everywhere we wanted to go to was within walking distance. A very modern & stylish hotel, the staff are very attentive & made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely & had everything we needed for an overnight stay & we highly recommend the breakfast, great choice, well prepared & well presented. More like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel.

Just about perfectly positioned in the centre of Bruges, very modern and well presented. Can't really fault it. Clearly getting such a central position comes at a premium, but that's not unreasonable. nothing- but if you don't like bells then probably best stay somewhere else as it's next to the beltour! For us that was great atmosphere, but some might not like it.

The room was warmed up by the sun, so we opened the windown, then the noise from airco (outside units) was big and we were even attacked by mosquitos. So, don't open the window in the night but use the airco.
