Location close to EU institutions and metro Schuman. Huge difference between the recently renovated, very well designed, stylish reception area and restaurant on the one side, and slightly run down, not well cleaned, smallish hotel rooms on the other side. |

It is a very clean hotel with very friendly and courtous staff. The rooms are excellent and the location is great. The breakfast is superb and gives a fabulous choice. Could do more to entice people to use the restaurent during the day. Hard to get a relaxing cup of coffee once breakfast is finished. |

I thought the lobby/ reception was lovely and certainly lived up to it's 4 star rating as did the restaurant/ bar. The rooms however, were a different story. But upon my enquiry regarding the rooms the staff were very helpfull and accomodating. I didn't like the rooms. When I booked the hotel room I got it at a special rate. I was not aware that this rate meant a smaller and not so nice room. When I returned to reception to complain about it, I was told that it was the room I ordered. I upgraded to the Junior Suite but even still the room was not up to standard. The decor seemed dated and the bathroom didn't have a proper shower, the bath was just a standard one unlike the jacuzzi type that was supposed to be in it. All in all very disappointing and bedrooms not up to 4 star standard. |

I liked that it was very close to the European Commission. The staff was quite unfriendly and unflexible (asked to late for additional details on the invoice. There was no minibar in the hotel room or soft drink automat. In this area there are not that many grocery shops which makes it difficult to get anything to drink except the expensive drinks in the hotel bar. |

ideal location, nice interior, rich breakfast, attractive for young people because of its nice modern design somehow the design of the lobby and public areas does not really match the one of the rooms. maybe the rooms have not been recently renovated? the staff could me more 'pro-active', not just simply doing their job |

The location was very convenient for our needs, the room was pleasant, the bed very comfortable and noise from the street was minimal. I especially liked the big, new towels in the bathroom! The staff were not at all helpful. Coffee machine outside room broken, also hairdryer in bathroom. |

All details in this hotel (water cups, pens, furniture, etc., etc.) are extremely beautiful. The lounge is design, I love it. The bubble bath is great. The rooms are very small. There is tobacco smoke coming in thourgh the ventilation device, this is not pleasant, especially that the room is small. |

Everything were very good, mostly the atmosphere, what the design caused. I had only one problem with the hotel, the bed was so softy, I could not slept well, like at home. |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room is in a very good condition. Suggestion: reception should inform during the check in that a key is needed to acces the minibar in the room. |

The location (5 min's walk from the European Commission), the staff (drinks at the bar even after closing), the interior design (cool and relaxing). No bar in the room, no soap tray in the bathroom, no little shower gels - nothing significant, but perhaps a little bit rough around the edges for a four star place. |

Good location, nice decoration of commun areas. Some of the staff was very professional and friendly. Although the hotel advertizes a Jacuzzi, truth is that there are only 3 bathtubs, and not any jacuzzi. Additionally, at check out the first bill was not taking in consideration the rate from booking.com, but rather one that was more than 100% higher. We had the copy of the booking, so as to prove the value and that it included breakfast. One would imagine that the internal system of the hotel should have this information available... |

Hotel is very modern , breakfast is vast and close to EU buildings! The internet connection did not work on one of the days, however they fixed it within 24hrs and deducted a day's charge from my bill! |

I enjoyed it very much. The room was very quiet. Nice terrace in the back of the hotel near the restaurant. Very practial for trip to EU Institutions. a bit of dust on the TV set, overcooked scrambled eggs but nothing too serious |
