Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, very nice perfume throughout the hotel I missed a water kettle in the room. The windows had a white courtain that couldn't be removed to have a view through the window.

Friendly, adequate staff Clean, proper trim 23 euros for a breakfast buffet is, although good, far from value for money. A citymap, being just an adverticing pamphlet, for 50 cts! should be free (at least for guests). Childish!

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant serves excellent food. Wifi was very slow and almost impossible to work with. Reception staff could have been friendlier.

Pleasant decor, good location. Cramped room on top floor under eaves. Uncomfortable (old) matress, pillows full of lumps and balls. If you want a cup of coffee in the afternoon, you have to have it from a machine and in your room as the bar is closed until 5pm.

Upgrade for free! Room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. Location is perfect for me, just near to our office and EU Commission. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Although I've highlighted the importance of a very quiet room during the reservation, reception still gave me a room near to the noisy street.

Excellent breakfast, good wifi which was free, supply of free hot drinks. The hotel was very welcoming. The hotel is also convenient for the metro (Schuman) and it was quick to get into the centre of Brussels. The twin room we had was a little small.
