We had a big and nice room in a very quiet area of Brussels. Metro was not far away to get to the city center. We were on the ground floor and could here the people above when they went in their room. |

We had the 21 East studio apartment which was decorated beautifully. It had high celings and was quite large, with all amentities including TV with english channels, lift, internet connection, kitchenette (although no oven or dishwasher) - it had a microwave, stove, fridge (no freezer), kettle, toaster and juicer. The staff were very helpful and the main guy spoke spanish, french, english. Unfortunately the electronic key cards to the entrance and apartment didn't work well and demagnetised when kept together resulting in us being locked out of the apartment at one stage. The reception is only manned when someone is arriving or departing but fortunately someone came past and I was able to speak some minimal french in order to get a new card or we would've been locked out all night! |

This was the largest hotel room I'd seen! No non-sense, low-profile staff presence lets you run your own household with the added comfort of daily housekeeping, daily fresh towels and bed sheets (every other day). Free internet! |

in principle, it is nice but not a super. Это не отель, это скажем так комнаты. Есть полноценная кухня, носят завтрак, иногда убирают, есть очень медленный и маленький лифт. Полноценно оценить достоинства и недостатки не получилось, так как в отеле был только ночами. В номере "garden" похоже нет кондиционера, но есть балкон прямо с выходом в сад. По утрам слышно, что не очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Персонал в отеле говорит на Испанском и немного Английском. Но ничего плохого сказать не могу. Если нужна квартира с завтраком и уборкой - самое то. Хороший интернет по кабелю. |

Studio assez vaste, déco sympa Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée, alors qu'on nous demande notre heure d'arrivée, et chambre très longue à chauffer de par son volume, bonne température au bout de 2 jours passés !!! |
