Location for my business this time.

To be noted: no services or shops nearby. Only offices.

Almost perfect place to stay. Very nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed, very clean rooms. Quiet.The overall feeling being there is great.

I was surprised to learn that MAS has been in Brussels for 12 years - I felt like I had discovered a secret gem. I was in the newer building. The room - really two rooms - were large and well lit, very quiet (except for some noise from the reception area in the morning). Brilliant wifi and TV with lots of different languages

Good restaurants are hard to find in the immediate neighbourhood so it was good to have the kitchenette

Location is a bit far, but still within walking distance from Arts-Loi station.

Bright, spacious, well furnished apartment close to EU offices and metro.

1. Nice rooms, with a useful small kitchenette. 2. Location is very good both by car or public transport.

1. Pillows were not enough and were not fresh and clean (that's a serious minus) 2. The parking consists of a small, old shelter inside an inner courtyard. The boxes are tiny (risk of scratching) and the ground is muddy. A shame for 17 euros. Leaving the car outside is possible but not recommended due to safety reasons, especially with foreign numberplates.

Great place to stay! We got a fantastic welcome by the staff. The room was spacious, and everything you need is available. Our favourite place to stay in Brussels. Like a second home ;-)

Large clean rooms. Free and simple to use wifi. Quiet. Location (for using metro, trains and close to the EC-quarters).

The room was clean.

We booked the executive suite based on the pictures on website. It was told that the size of the suite is 80 sqm.. The real size was roughly 40sqms. I asked about it and they told us that the balcony is counted... However, the balcony was less than 10 sqms. Furthermore, there were no high ceilings, and pillars as told. There was not a restaurant nearby. The breakfast of 15 € each was very plain, even though it was served in the rooms (because of the missing restaurant). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing compared to what we expected.

Very nicely refurbished Belgian stately dwellings turned into very nice apartments. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated rooms that are well equipped. All the rooms are different, and as we came early and there were availabilities we were shown all and could make our own choice. Only two blocks away from the European Institutions and the Metro and buses that will take you anywhere in town.

Spacious, confortable and clean room. Friendly and efficient personnel.

Hotel personnel is very kind, friendly and supportive, with good knowledge of English and number of other languages as well. The organization is, indeed, impressive: booking, communication, reception, room arrangement, breakfast (is really good and served to your room) - everything is done efficiently, smoothly and in a well- coordinated manner. Rooms are very comfortable: with separate work and rest areas; with all amenities one may need: started with coffee- making and dishes, ending with all you need to put your computer, take papers and go ahead with work. In my room I had an amazing balcony with chairs and a table. Just nearby, in some 50 - meters (go up and turn right to Rue du Josef) you can find a nice Italian cafe and a pizzeria (in front of olaf). I would definitely suggest mas residence to people who want to see Brussels, have some work to do - whether they are alone or with their families.

Ambience

It was a good stay in the hotel. The only difficult I encountered was that I did not find the hotel easily from the street, as different from other hotels, it does not have an obvious sign. However, no problem for people who already stayed. And it worth to stay at the same place if we will have another EU meeting.
