De studio was ruim en modern ingericht

Wat tegenviel was dat er voor de prijs van 130 euro/nacht (hoogseizoen tarief) in het keukentje geen thee of koffie was. Dat ontbijt niet inclusief was, en dat er bij het ontbijt (a 15 euro) geen vers brood was, maar slechts 1 wit afbakbroodje. Ook was er geen tv abonnement op Nederland 1, 2 en 3.

Een prima, zeer ruim appartement, goed ingericht. Goede locatie in een herenhuis. Origineel en geen standaard hotelkamer. Je kunt er ook prima buiten zitten in de rustige tuin aan de achterzijde.

Parkeren kun je het beste in de openbare parkeergarage, deze kost 15 Euro per 24 uur, dus prima te doen en is op loopafstand. Het ontbijt (op de kamer gebracht) is naar verhouding te duur (15 Euro p.p.) Vlak in de buurt zit een biologische Ekki, waar je voor een paar Euro een vergelijkbaar ontbijt kunt ophalen. Wij sliepen aan de voorkant van het huis, dus aan de straatzijde, hier is wel wat (inharent aan een grote stad) verkeersrumoer.

- ideal location for people dealing with the European institutions - nice, friendly and helpful staff - spacious room, nice and modern clear-cut design - quiet room - breakfast in the room - wonderful, I could enjoy it in the privacy of my room, (and it was brought in time, as arranged with the reception staff) - not the most luxury hotel I've been so far, but definitely the most pleasant for me, I would definitely come back again and recommend it

I liked that it was warm in the room, despite -10 degrees Celsius outside. My room was on the fourth floor, with a wiew towards the back, as requested. There is free wifi in the lobby.

I liked the kitchenette, the bath room, the spacious and quiet room, the big bed. I also liked to be in a small hotel with few rooms only. Email exchange with Hotel was quick.

I hate the bedsheet to prevent me from touching the blanket instead of a duvet cover. Room temperature was fixed to 21°C, far to hot for sleeping. Air condition did not allow me reducing temperature. I had to pay for a waiting taxi that arrived 10 min early. Obviously the reception lady did not order for the correct time (or ordered "immediately"). Pick up service would have been great! This one is rather for the area than for the hotel itself: I selected MAS residence being closed enough to Schuman (walking distance). In fact with the street works going on there the way to go to the Conference Center was much longer than expected.

Good Location, boutique hotel, large rooms, good equipment, comfortable beds, very nice staff

Not much! But, in the top room the hot water takes very (!) long to get warm, breakfast is a bit expensive for what you get.

The staff were extremely helpful, bringing extra pillows to our room and going out of their way to help us. The facilities within the room were great, the kitchenette was well equipped, the furnishings were good quality and the bathroom was lovely. The apartments are close to two main metro stations with easy access to the city.The room was massive and we felt it was great value for money, would definitely stay again.

The only touches missing were larger bath towels and bath robes.

The porter waited for me for two hours past closing time to let me in, very friendly, great rooms, huge spaces.
