Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a bed and crib set up in our room prior to our arrival, and the room was clean and presentable. The breakfast was good, and the location was great. Everything was within walking distance, even for our three year old. We never heard the nightclub others have commented on, but we stayed here mid-week, which could have had something to do with it. Overall a pleasant stay for our family and a great value for the money. Pillows were the standard european, and the beds were not the best. |

Excellent location for city centre.Nice hotel, clean & bright. Friendly & helpfull staff. Terrific buffet breakfast. Room clean & tidy. Good en suite facilities. No kettle in room & a bit expensive for a 3 Star Hotel. |

The location... it was exceptionally close to everything. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and gave some fantastic recommendations. There is a night club nearby, so Saturday night you could hear the thumping of the base. It didn't really bother me, however based on reading reviews prior to my departure, I know it was a factor for others. |

I loved the complementary breakfast - it was delicious. I've spent three weeks traveling, and this hotel had the breakfast of all the hotels I've stayed at. Scambled eggs, bacon, bread and cold-cuts, rolls, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. It was also a beautiful dining room. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious. It was a great location. The rooms were warm. |

The location near to Markt. Comfortable room with adjustable radiators - good for a wet December visit. An original attraction was that no pets were allowed. We left behind some medication in the minibar fridge. They were good enough to keep it safe and to phone and leave a message. |

The location is right in the medieval city centre, just 3 minutes walk from the market square, with a wonderful surrounding of ancient houses. Only the noise outside at night, but you can't help that staying in the centre. |

The location was perfect.The room was spacious. The breakfast was plenty and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again. The room smelt slightly damp. We had to keep the windows open to get rid of the smell. |

We stayed out for the only night we have booked at this hotel, because we forgot a code to enter in the room. At 23:30 pm nobody could be contacted to solve this problem, not even using the police. I think this is an unbelievable situation for an european Hotel. |

The hotel is centrally located, with a parking garage 100m away (€ 8.70 / 24hrs). Pleasant staff and good breakfast. Rooms are of average size. Near all the historical landmarks, restaurants, clubs, and shopping area. Fairly noisy, especially during showers in adjacent rooms. |

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in a part of the town which has lots of bars and the noise from the bars went on into the early hours of the morning, making it hard to sleep. |
