I was one of the thousands of Birmingham City FC fans to travel to Brugge and i couldn't of asked for a better hotel. The location is superb and the ladies on reception are wonderful.

It was too noisy at night. Perhaps because it is very close to the center. However I stayed only one night and maybe it isn't true to generalize.

The location was excellent only a couple of minutes from the main square, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. . Overall for the price a very good option in Brugge. The breakfast wasn't so good we arrived at 09.45am and there was hardly anything left to choose from (breakfast ended at 10am) so we thought it should of been replenished.

The breakfast was really good - something for everyone and plenty of it. Excellent location to the Christmas markets, squares and everything we wanted to do. Shower was not very powerful and beds not overly comfortable.

Loved the location - if was only a few meters away from the Grote Markt and there's a bus stop nearby (not that you really need it). The staff were really friendly and the breakfast adequate. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean.

The reception staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was fantastic. Only a short walk to the main square where the christmas markets and ice skating rink were. We stayed in a four person room which is perfect for travelling with friends.

A small well located hotel for a city break. A good breakfast is provided. The staff are very helpful and accomodating - particularly in providing a post-check-out facillity for storing baggage. The rooms are spacious and reasonably equipped. We received a room upgrade at no extra cost on arrival. We have stayed here twice. On both occasions there was some noise from the street but I guess that is to be expected given its location. There may be quieter streets on which to stay.

Great location (close to the main old square). Very friendly staff. The price/quality ratio was more than acceptable, especially considering that it was quite a busy period (beginning of December). It's not a luxury hotel, but it is better than average, so if you don't have great expectations, it's a fair deal. Our room was quite large (so was the bathroom), but apparently we were lucky since not all rooms are like that. I was absolutly satisfied by my choice and, given that prices remain the same, I'd go there again. It's a pity that there is no canal view, but the hotels that actually have one charge really a lot for that. I only stayed one night, but I have nothing to complain about.

Staff were very friendly and very helpfull. With only a two minute walk to the main square it is a brilliant location. The down side is that the hotel is situated near a couple of bars. Come closing time the noise can be disturbing.

Very comfortable with a nice size bedroom. The staff were efficient and extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. A really good position for the city. The bathroom was a little tired but very clean. We would certainly stay there again.

Location, breakfast room and bar were good. The hotel is in high need of a makeover. The rooms were very bad, with mould appearing on walls, cracked and moving floor tiles in the bathroom. The toilet roll holder was broken and hanging off the wall. The curtains had holes. Overall shabby.

Comfortable and clean room, quite large; good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Quite noisy- our room was on ground floor at the front of the hotel, and I could hear noises from inside the hotel (room upstairs) and outside on the street during the night.

Basically pretty good, but probably due a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was ok, but we'd been led to expect something a bit more extensive. Rooms a bit dull and a 'tired'. Comfortable enough, but not all that attractive.

Very central location, parking lot Biekorf is just around the corner (8.5 euro per day). Multilingual (I heard them speaking English, Dutch, French, German, Italian...) And very friendly staff. The small room I booked was an attic, with nice views on the roofs. Room was not huge but not tiny either, good enough for two people. The continental breakfast is nothing special but not bad either, it's served in a nice but somewhat kitsch room. Being so central, the hotel is located next to a few bars, which stay open till very late. On Saturday night, the music continued until 5am and the room is not sound-proof. This might disturb your sleep.
