The location is perfect. The room was small but clean.

The floor was too noisy. I woke up because of the people walking upstairs. The reception is closed at night. You should find the backdoor to get in. Good luck with it.

A very convenient location. The desk clerk was very helpful.

The cost for an extra person was very high. The room showed its age.

Staff off hand - told because we booked through Booking.com we were only entitled to the worst room in the house even though we asked for a quiet room and did not get it. During the night there was a lot of noise coming in through the window that we could not close. Coved ceiling was difficult to live with and had to crawl over the bed to get in. Only got about 3 hour sleep. Not happy

Location is excellent - two minutes from Grote Markt, with very convenient bus communication to the station. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

The facilities are pretty basic, worn but tidy and clean. The breakfast was relatively poor for a three-star hotel. The absence of free Wi-Fi is a serious drawback.

Excellent location in the center of town one block over from the parking garage and the Belfry. Staff was very helpful and the included breakfast was perfect.

Not really a complaint but more of an observation, if you have to walk up the stairs they are steep and narrow. Typical of most older buildings throughout europe.

The staff were so friendly and took time to chat. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Breakfast was really good!

A great 3-star hotel for the budget conscious traveler with teen and tween-agers! Big clean room and bathroom, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location!

The floor of our room squeaks when we walked on it but understandably so for an ageing hotel. Lots of pluses made up for this.

The staff in this hotel were extremely help full and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and breakfast was lovely.

Following an error with your booking procedure you only booked a room for two but confirmed a room for three. The staff at the hotel worked to change our room to a three bedded room so we could stay and could not do enough to help

The breakfast was very good with our own basket of bread and croissants. There was also hot scrambled egg and all the coffee you wanted. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The ground floor room we had had little soundproofing and let in the sound very badly from outside (thank goodness it was a quiet street during a cold night) and from the room above.

It hasn't been updated since a while. And ensure you get a double room when you book - not 2 singles put together...

Hotel in bad condition needs total refurbishment. The window in the room couldnt be opened because it was falling off. Bathroom tiling was all cracked and very basic.

The staff were all very friendly, from the initial greeting to booking out, all staff were very polite and spoke excellent English. We stayed in the studio room, which was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, its not often I can go away and get a good nights sleep but this was the exception. The breakfast was self service, all breads etc were fresh, with bacon and scamled egg also available. The location was excellent, a near by car park was under 9 euros for 24 hours, and you are a couple of minutes walk from the centre. All in all we could of stayed at a hotel which would of cost much more but I doubt if the stay would of been any better.

The staff at the Hotel were always very helpful and the location was fantastc, so central. The room we had was very large as was the bathroom. Although there was not tea/coffee facilities in the room, the staff were always willing to provide tea/coffee refreshments. A good breakfast was also incuded in the price. Would stay at this hotel again.

We/i did not like the ROOM(very poor room), not as the on-line portrays. Very false, the whole hotel is worn out, in very poor condition. Not fit for a 3 star. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF A COMPLAINT TO THE BELGIUM TOURIST OFFICE/ RATEING AUTHORITY. AS PER MY E.MAIL TO YOURSELVES YESTERDAY.
