The helpful staff: I needed to modify my reservation at this and another hotel in Brussels to better fit my travel itinerary - The receptionist got on the phone and communicated my need with the other hotel in French. Not all rooms had a coffee maker |

Personeel bij ontvangs was zeer vriendelijk en zeer gedienstig.Mij viel ook op dat we de 2de dag van ons verblijf nog herkent werden als de mensen van kamer 404 niettegenstaande we niets gedaan hadden om op te vallen vb. glazen laten vallen, stoel omgegooid. Kamer was vrij mooi maar directie moet wel oog hebben op onderhoud. De venster van onze kamer was mijn inziens in geen jaren geschilderd geworden met het resultaat dat er waarschijnlijk zeer in 't kort een nieuw raam zal moeten gestoken worden - hadden ze regelmatig de vesters een laagje verf gegeven dan hadden deze zonder veel kosten nog jaren kunnen meegaan. |

Het hotel heeft een goed restaurant met uitgebreide kaart en prettige bediening. Overigens is het personeel heel vriendelijk en attend. Ik kreeg een kleine kamer met amper ruimte om je kleding op te bergen. Verder was de badkamer niet van deze tijd en zijn overal tekens van waterschade. De waterschade is wordt veroorzaakt door een douche waar de afvoer niet van werkt. Een puinhoop is het gevolg. De kleine kamer, de beperkte badkamer zijn geen 105 Euro per nacht (excl ontbijt) waard. Ik ga hier niet meer naar toe! |

De kamers zijn zeer ruim en gezellig ingericht. Midden in de nacht staat er urenlang een moter te draaien. Ontbijtbuffet is te duur voor zijn geld. |
