Located a few kilometres from Parc Paradiso in Cambron Casteau, the Hotel Mercure Mons is in a wooded area and only 45 kilometres from Bruxelles. In the heart of the forest, the hotel offers our guests a choice of 53 comfortable rooms and one luxury suite. The Hotel Mercure Mons offer 6 meeting rooms with air conditioning for 5 to 200 people. We have a restaurant, a bar, a lounge with open fire, a fitness room, an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious car park for 80 cars.

Nice Place, in the forrest, quiet...

Located outside the city and off main routes. Taxi needed to go anywhere (circa 20 Euro a ride).

Mooie ligging, vriendelijk en correct personeel.

Klein minpuntje was dat het extra bed en het babybedje niet klaarstonden. Werd overigens direct weer opgelost. Verder kon je pas vanaf half zeven 's avonds eten en dat is met hele kleine kinderen (voor ons althans) wat aan de late kant.

Het ontbijt.

In de nacht veel lawaai van mensen die thuis kwamen en dat duurde tot +/- 5.00 uur in de ochtend. Gevraagd hoe laat het ontbijt was. Er werd ons verteld om 6.30 uur terwijl het 7.00 uur was. Hadden we beter nog een half uur in bed kunnen blijven liggen.

Prima hotel voor een schappelijke prijs.

Opvallend weinig personeel voor de bediening bij het ontbijt. Inclusief koffie is selfservice. Opvallend, niet ontevreden
