simplicity of layout. Airport personnel were nice and helpful. Security check went fairly fast. Airport is fairly easy to find and get too. From bus to check in is fairly straightforward and not miles of maze. Marking for check in gates for Delta and Klm and AirFrance are confusing even though it is the big new annex hall. Not much choice of food before you go through check in to the duty free area. It is surprisingly utilitarian looking in the lobby entrance check in area, all business and not very soothing. Kind of not what you would expect for an airport in the capitol of Europe. Not bad, really, just surprising.

Location is pretty close to the airport. The room is clean and nice. We asked several time fore one more towel. It took 2 hours to get it.

The room is tidy & clean , beyond my expectation . The staff members are nice & helpful. The hotel provide free transportation to/from the airport. The hotel situate far from train station , it takes 20 minutes by bus from the Brussels Central Station , then walk about 10 minutes. It's really inconvenience as we need to carry 2 heavy luggages.

Clean and well managed, great proximity to airport and prompt courteous shuttle bus included in room rate. Room was not prepared for our 2 kids, but this was quickly remedied by the night staff. also the price for breakfast and internet were a bit steep, but the overall discounted room rate for a family like ours was good value.

One of the few hotels that could accomodate 4 people per room (two adults & 2 children) and have free shuttle service to the airport. It was relaxing to take the train here (Bordet Station), walk 500 meters to the hotel and relax until our flight the next morning...early! The shuttle is very efficient and fast. The menu in the restaurant is very limited although they did have an interesting seasonal menu. There are some lowcost restaurants down the street near Bordet Station

Tres belle chambre, propre. Le restaurant est excellent, tres bon service. Arrive sur place, on nous informe que le prix a augmente de 30 euro et qu'ils nous ont envoye un e-mail le matin meme. Apres quelques explication ils nous ont laisse le prix comme reserve quelques mois plus tot.

Vriendelijk, goede service, ruime kamer, goede televisie Geen gratis Wifi! onbegrijpelijk, zelfs Macdonalds heeft het. De scrambled egg en bacon aan het ontbijt was iets zonder smaak. Dat kan beter.

Veel te duur voor een nacht. 20 euro voor een ontbijt ( twee sneeen brood, glas melk en een kop koffie). Internet kost minimaal 10.00. Wanneer wordt dit eens gratis! Normale kamer prijs ligt rond de 20 euro. gelukkig had ik een aanbieding van booking.com.

La gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel. La qualité et la quantité du déjeuner, de plus les enfants ne payent pas :):) Les services de restaurants ainsi que la navette n'étaient pas disponibles le vendredi soir et la navette arretait a 9h00 le samedi matin. Le tout sans aucune indication appropriées sur le site internet. Tres décevant quand cela fait partie des avantages qui nous ont fait choisir cet hotel pour notre sejour.

Personnel courtois et très gentil Premièrement nous devions faire une escale à Bruxelle, nous avons choisi cet hotel parce qu'elle offrait un service de navet, hors le vendredi et samedi ils en ont pas donc il nous en a coûté 40 euro en taxi. Nous avions mentionné que nous avions besoin d'un lit de bébé, il n'y en avait pas il était tard et j'ai du attendre 1 heure avant d'en avoir un car il y avait un manque de personnel et ce durant une fin de semaine. Le frigidaire de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas j'avais du lait de bébé à faire réfrigirer j'ai du le mettre dans la cuisine du restaurant. Autre point le restaurant de l'hotel n'était pas ouvert un vendredi soir. L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait très chaud dans notre chambre, mais la réceptionniste n'a rien pu faire car le système central était fermé.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, chaînes françaises, lits confortables, lit bébé correct Pas de baignoire, petit déjeuner cher (20 euros), restauration chère (panini 12 euros), loin du centre mais bien desservi par les bus, réservation du parking mais pas de place à l'arrivée

chambre large avec tout confort la navette avec l'aeroport n'est pas fonctionnel la nuit (en fonction des jours de la semaine) ce qui m'a coute 40 euro en taxi pour aller et retour entre aeroport et hotel

Bon acceuil - Bonne situation près de l'aéroport avec navette gratuite - Garde votre voiture gratuitement dans leur garage fermé pendant une semaine - Bar et petite restauration - Je n'ai pas essayé le restaurant - Chambre avec 1 lit double et deux lits provisoires pour enfants sans supplément ! Situation à l'écart cependant à quelques minutes du centre en taxi ou bus

“The staff is very kind and efficient. The location in front of the train station is perfect to visit the old city and it passes a train each 30 minutes, taking only 16 minutes to Central Station. Also the shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes is a good service. The restaurant is open until 22.30h was helpful if you arrive late from the airport.
