Eίναι παλαιό σαν κτίριο,αλλά έχει εξαιρετικό στύλ που συνδιάζεται και με το παρακείμενο cafe metropole κυρίως στη πιο προσεκτική συντήρηση χώρων(το μπάνιο μου είχε σε κάποια σημεία χαλασμένο-σκουριασμένο εμαγιέ) |

Η τοποθεσία που είναι κοντά στην πλατεία,στα ψώνια, δεν αλλάζω τρένο για δουλειά, το προγευμα και το καφέ. τα ανσαρσερ και τα δωμάτια που δεν έχουν ανακαινιστεί. |

Ηταν κοντά στη Grand Place , στα καταστήματα και ειχα ευκολη προσβαση σε Μετρο και Λεωφορεια προωρισμών ενδιαφέροντος μου Η ποιότητα των κρεβατιών (κοντά, πολυ μαλακά στρώματα,) καθώς και ο υπερβολικός θορυβος του συστήματος κλιματισμου. |

The location is awesome. You never need to use transportation system as it is at the heart of the city. Close everywhere! Moreover the historical and antique stracture of the hotel will attract you. My room was highly big and had a good view. I will stay here again. Though the every good ideas, the furnitures were too old and in a bad situation. The free minibar was poor and consisted of just water, coke and beer. As the breaksfast was too expensive, I prefer to have breakfast and eat sandwiches at the street in other cafes as there were many good places to eat around. |

The hotel is a magnificent throwback to luxury of old. While bits of it are quite tired on the whole it is excellent. The breakfast is very good. |

I paid 66 euros for three days of internet. While at your hotel I saw a list which said 15 Euros per day..The explaination given to me by your female desk clerk was the biggest BS that I have ever heard. I feel cheated and therefore like nothing about your hotel !!! |

The hotel position; the breakfast buffet; a complimentary Internet connection for 24h; the value for the money paid. The hotel is actually not a 5 star, but a 4 star (and not high-end). There was quite a smell in the room, and the bedspread was not clean. We had complimentary minibar, but water was not replenished, so we had to call the room service everyday to replenish it; early in the morning, we heard a loud noise of a cart from the back of the hotel, outside. |

Excellent hotel in very good location: close to Grand Place with tourists, old fish market with restorants, street with shops and Bourge area with nightlife. Room is good but slight oldstyle. Super Breakfast. Minor problem with cleans of room. And problem in bathroom not corrected in 3 days. |

The lobby's decor, the staff, the breakfast, the room overall, it was excellent. The fact that they charged me the full room price up front. I feel the website's use of the phrase 'the hotel may pre-authorise your card prior to stay' was not explicit in explaining this would happen. Please would booking.com make this more clear. |

The location of the Hotel Metropole is excellent if you want to do some low priced shopping. The Rue Nueve runs parallel to the Hotel, and it is a five minute walk to the Grand Place. Unfortunately there was some renovations in progress, and the beautiful old piano bar is no longer there. After questioning, I was told they hoped to have the new bar established just before Christmas. |
