The weekend price was perfect. The location in the middle of town , close to La Monnaie, the Grand Place, the Galeries St Hubert , the place royale and the Central Station is perfect.The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are perfect. |

Hotel Metropole has a great location, right in the centre of Brussels, only 5 mins from Grand Place. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was amazing. Each room is decorated differently which provides a nice change from the average hotel. Was a great stay. The hotel is divided into 2 sections which was slightly confusing and the three rooms were seperated. |

Quality hotel in the heart of Brussels. Excellent service / room / breakfast Minor gripe - it was almost impossible to use the toilet without being burnt by the towel radiator. Solution = move the towel radiator! |

Location The bed was hard as a rock and bumpy, television was old and the Pay movies did not work, took over an hour for a repair man to come and he could not fix it. Host and breakfast servers were rude. |

Staff were very helpful. Beautiful reception area. Room was large and clean. Temperature in room was far to warm and couldn't be changed without opening windows. The hairdrier in room didn't work, but it was replaced. The food in hotel 'cafe' was very expensive for what it was. |

The athmosphere of the historical hotel. The achitecture and decorations in the lobby and restaurants. Good location. Room faily basic and old furniture and TV. A filming event was going on. Quests were not informed about of the disturbance. |

The breakfast was very good and varied The bar closed earlier than expected, despite being residents. The rooms are very basic, with a really uncomfortable soft bed. Offer included "free minibar" which was not worthwhile. One bottle of beer, one coke and one water. |

The hotel is really well located in the centre of Brussels to shop, sightsee and to visit the numerous bars and restaurants.We visited Brussels in January so we liked the heaters outside the hotel so we could relax with a drink in the evenings and still be warm! |

Location was perfect. The room was not cleaned while we stayed. We where there for three nights and we got a towel change and that was it. |
