I didn't appreciate the impossibility to pay using a simple debit card and to know that they use an internal system to pay using by credit card. As mainly I prefer to pay with debit card and not always travel with credit card it was a huge problem to make the check-in in this hotel. In all my travels and stays all around the world is the first time I was not able to make a payment with a simple debit card. |

The minibar was terrible - it only contained 2 sodas, 2 waters and 2 bear - no wine, champagne or peanuts and chokolate ! |

The decor was the best part of my stay. The hotel is not 5 star. There are lots of small details that were not quite right. For example, reception and housekeeping did not pick up when called from the room. Room service got my order wrong. There are no coffee making facilities in the room. The TV remote did not work without shaking the battery. No brochure of hotel facilities was provided in the room, only a very short and not informative list on TV menu. Room service menu was very sparse and spelling errors throughout. Following a cleaning, the window spray was left behind. The hotel gym did not have any free weights. As I said, not a 5 star but certainly 4 star. |

Comfortable Rooms with adequate space. Bed, breakfast, staff. Bathroom to be renovated. Mini bar offered free-of-charge is very very poor. |

Splendid hotel, style belle epoque very well restored. Modern rooms, quite spatious. Impressive entrance and bar. Very good ratio quality/price during the week-end Low cost of rooms compensated by exaggerated cost of breakfast (you could have dinner at the same price). Expensive Wi-Fi connection. Rooms on place de Brouckere rather noisy. Double glasses could be useful. |

Almost everything, even the fact there is a nice cafeteria. Yes, the tarification of the telephone calls, which are extremely expensive, even abusive (44 € for a 4 min. call!). They simply exagerate. |

Is an excellent hotel, located in the centre of Brussels, good staff, good breakfast and clean. The idea of "free mini bar" is very good.I will return. |

Location Elevator, entrance door, time-to-tap for hot water. Also "minibar included" meant Coca-Cola, water and cheap beer only. |

Public rooms are impressive. It was disappointing and not up to Summit group's usual standards. We had to ask to be moved as the 1st room we were given was badly maintained. The bed was so old & uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. The shower fell off the wall, the mini bar didn't work & the TV was out of dark ages. The 2nd room was much better but there was no plug in the bath & although we reported it no action was taken to mend it. |

Location In the photos, a bit misleading about the luxury. When I stayed in the Grand in Kolkata, what I saw in the photos is what I got. |

The design , spacious room, spacious bathroom, great atmosphere, excellent location and its cafe is the best in the city by far! Maybe a slight room renovation, very expensive but nice breakfast |

Stylish and old fashioned luxury. Fair price for such a nice looking hotel. Free mini bar (6 items). Had to pull a MacGyver to get the showerhead to work/stick to the wall mount. The rooms don't do the common areas of the hotel justice. |

Wonderful experience. Classic loby & elevator, room-deco - especially gorgeous chandelier, huge bathroom.... fine breakfast in noble restaurant with gorgeous dishes. In addition, the location is wonderful. If you feel the Belgium nobleness and you have to stay in Metropole. |
