Staff were excellent, allowed me to check out late on the account that I was on crouches. Lovely ambiance around the ground floor. Décor is second to none. |

The hotel is an excellent example of "la belle epoque", and is my favourite in Bruxelles. It has absolutely everything, including history and "atmosphere", and is no sterile businesshotel. |

I loved the design, very pretty hotel. Extremly nice and smilley staff, also very helpful. Good breakfasts. Everything was very clean and tidy, big rooms and the hotel was silent and peacful. I definitely would recommend it. |

long tradition , old fashion + romantic hotel . thanks to a promotion i paid a double room euro 135,- instead of euro 520,- ( !!! ) . in my opinion it s not a 5 stars hotel . maybe it has been rewarded by the 5th star thanks to his precious building of century XIX . price of my room out of promotion-weekend would have been euro 520,- . i find it no sense . |

everything really, the staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless, we had a really lovely stay. we felt that possibly the food was rather expensive. had it been slightly cheaper we would have dined more in the hotel, breakfast was we felt very expensive. |

The location is awesome. You never need to use transportation system as it is at the heart of the city. Close everywhere! Moreover the historical and antique stracture of the hotel will attract you. My room was highly big and had a good view. I will stay here again. Though the every good ideas, the furnitures were too old and in a bad situation. The free minibar was poor and consisted of just water, coke and beer. As the breaksfast was too expensive, I prefer to have breakfast and eat sandwiches at the street in other cafes as there were many good places to eat around. |

I paid 66 euros for three days of internet. While at your hotel I saw a list which said 15 Euros per day..The explaination given to me by your female desk clerk was the biggest BS that I have ever heard. I feel cheated and therefore like nothing about your hotel !!! |
