i had found an special offer, i guess is just because the hotel needs a minimal occupation to cover, so.. Anyway, it's a very nice luxury stile hotel, the breakfast buffet was just lovable and has all the facilities of a 5*L hotel. Ubication couldnt be better, is in the heart of brussels. i just stayed one night saddly, hehehehe |

Good location, close enough to walk to the Grand Place I felt very safe there also. The Room was a little small. |

Hotel did not make difficulties when we asked for a room which did not smell strongly of smoke. Front desk staff very helpful the room we were allocated initially would have been unpleasant for anyone-The initial room we were allocated. It was very smelly. The hotel must have been fully aware of this and we had requested a non-smoking room. Even a smoker would not have been happy! |

Lovely lobby. Great location: Metro is right outside its a 5 minute walk to the Grand Plaza, and there are loads of restaurants of all kinds nearby. The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. Between sweating with the window closed and the street noise with the window opened, I experienced almost no sleep during my two days there. Although I called on three occasions about the air conditioning, no one ever repaired it. |

After a journey twice as long as it should have been, the check in was smooth, efficient and easy. The surroundings downstairs were stunning. Our room was not one an expensive one but was still very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and looked newly refurbished. There are two lifts one is beautiful cast iron, old fashioned but it works smoothly. Unfortunately the one we had to use to get to our room wasn't we couldn't get it to go above the second floor. There might be a way to use the room card to get higher but we couldn't work it out. We used the stairs. Perhaps a brief explanation on check in would be helpful. |

the service was top class - excellent. the staff at concegierge were very informed and extremely helpful. they made our staff more enjoyable by being able to inform us on what to see and do. (arranged a bus tour with pick up from hotel). bell boy extremely good. Very manerly and pleasent. no. loved everything about it. |

Lovely, stylish hotel. We got up grade and limited free mini bar. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location in city. Very relaxed atmosphere in hotel. Convenient for tram / train to airport. Some noise from ahu during the day but not at night. This can happen in many hotels. We slept well. |

They accept pets! Location is great also TV in room didn't work so we couldn't watch a movie and there were no other English channels, not even CNN. |

The front desk staff and concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. The free mini bar in the rooms was such a nice touch! The hotel is an old grand hotel and has a nice feel. The breakfast room was beautiful and 5 star with a wonderful and varied selection from which to choose. The hotel was lovely but missing a few touches in the room which would truly make it stand out as a 5 star hotel. A few accessories, a nicer painting in the room and something to brighten up the bath would be nice. Nicer bath products as well would go a long way to make a guest feel that they are truly staying in a 5 star hotel. However, overall it was a lovely experience. |
