Location. Good size rooms plus excellent shower and washing facilities. Art Deco exterior with clean, modern style rooms.
WiFi in rooms was excellent on day-1 but failed on day-2. The wireless router needed to be re-booted but was located in a difficult place for staff to access.
Nice modern room good shower very nice...
They are refurbishing and was a lack of carpets on stairs making it noisey when walking up stairs....
Location Room size Comfortable bed Affordable price
Do not use elevator Overall weak cleaning service Noisy on weekends
wi-fi was working fine
Staircase under reconstruction and very narrow stairs. Old and badly working lift. Disgusting smell from the toilet. The toilet didn't have the seat - it was not only awkward and inconvenient to use but also caused this disgusting smell to spread in the room. This made me sick. I asked the staff three times to install the toilet seat - each time they were telling me they would do sth with the problem but finally they didn't. Tv set didn't work at all - my requests to make it work properly - without results. Noisy area and untight windows. Not fresh cheese served for breakfast. Generally: very negative impression.
almost everything in this hotel. shower gel is putted on floor in badly condition. wifi cannot connect inside room only one way is use at reception. no tissue paper no drinking water provided. breakfast is very very poor.
The room I was given was recently refurbished. So it was better than the one I was given on previous occasions. It was spacious and nicely furnised. Hotel is centrally located and next to a Metro station.
No Wi-Fi acces in the room. Little choice of food in breakfast (cheese was not fresh).
The staff was not very friendly. The elevator was hardly working and the stairs had no floor tiles and they were half-builded. The room was very small for three persons and inconvenient. The beds were uncomfortable. Beaten by bedbugs and full with stinks. Surely not recommended.
very kind and helpful staffs good location
-small room -small shower -the elevator ,was not functioning well -the hotel corridors were under repair( were fixing the staircase too) ,so very noisy and dirty -they had not removed the dirty linens when we checked in ( they were in the cabinet) -the shower was getting flooded ( poor drainage)
nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, stable free WiFi, high water pressure in the shower
you can feel yourself as a member of a submarine crew due to compactness inside the hotel. This is okay if you intend to spend there 2-3 nights, no more
Toilet had no flush button so you can imagine how that worked out and the sink would not empty. I took a photo of the sink and the toilet. I complained to staff and asked for a new room for the two nights I was there. I was ignored. I alsp complained that the bed sheets had holes in them and they were bloodstained. There was also no room service the enitre time I was there. This place is a disgrace to the tourism industry.
Not far from Center and other tourists attraction. Breakfast was good.
Tiny room and beds. Radiators doesn't work and it was not good to dry your wet, after rain, clothes outside the room.
The personnel that arranged us in to another hotel.
It started with a broken hotel sign and ended with blood filled bugs appearing in the bed (from research: bedbugs) this after changing room due to a broken bed. We got to change hotel. Further more there was no light in the corridor so couldn't even see the key hole to the door. Where they still renovating or had the money for the refurb run out?
Really clean rooms. Convenient location.
Could not connect to Wi-Fi in the room, through signal was strong Was a bit loudly in the street
Location was great
No internet in the rooms Staff was not very friendly Rooms are a bit small
Fantastic location - just minutes from Grand Place Clean room Helpful reception
Noisy guests around 3am one morning Room a little small
Good location in the city centre.
Very small room for a double bed. Not space for luggage (and it is supposed to be for 2 people!!). No chair or table where to leave stuff or clothes, only one hanger in a small wardrobe. The hotel has been renovated but the design is defficient in the bathroom and the whole bathroom's floor gets very wet when having a shower. It can be very slippery and dangerous. The recepcionist gave us an extra towel to dry the wet floor.
Having to go to the lobby to get WiFi
The location is perfect and the guy at reception was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom had a bad smell, there was a poo stain in the toilet bowl (does it take that much effort to clean this!?). One of the towels had a long hair in it. Another way more disturbingly had a pube in it.
Bright room(but other room was so dark. It deends on which room will u stay) , Great location (near metro station, Grand Place), Kind staff(He helped us so much when we were in trouble!)
Toilet didnt close completely.
In center.nice view.
Wifi got little problems in rooms. Elevator is slow.
It was close to the grand place but the area was too loud at night.
Beds were far too small. I had a twin room and our beds were on top of each other. There was no carpet on the floors which made it uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room so we had to sleep with the windows open and the noise on the street meant we were unable to sleep. Even with the windows open the room was like a sauna. There was no soap in the bathroom. The shower was too low and you could not easily control the temperature. The lift was extremely old and could only hold 2 persons at a time. The staff had to follow us to the lift to make sure we closed the door properly. Not very reassuring. The hotel seemed unfinished and there was no lights on in the fourth floor where I was staying which meant it was impossible to see when trying to get to our room. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all and they charged me for it. The hard floors meant you could always hear people coming into their rooms late at night. We stayed there one night and then had to move. Honestly ,don't stay here. It's not worth the money when you would get something better in a hostel for way less.
Close to the centre, reception desk open 24/7, nicer rooms facing to the streets. Very good breakfast for reasonable price.
First night we arrived we got a tiny room with a window that did not let any light in. It was scary. The lift did not work properly. No wifi connection in the rooms. Narrow and steep stairs. No airconditioning.
HI. a very pleasant stay at hotel mirabeau, clean room.comfortable bed.daily maid service also a very good breakfast within a 2 hour slot.Hotel was easy to find from brussels central station, location good, great square only 7mins away.
no major issues...but would have liked hot water to be left on until check out (cold shower on last morning)
no windows in my room and no aircondition
Room is not good for claustrophobic people, i coudnt wash my face because the facilities smalniss
